Our waste and recycling continues to be missed.
Since the introduction of food waste collections in April we have had to report missed collections on a weekly basis for the past 2 months. Prior to this always a spot on service
Arun council we pay for this service - sort it out or the waste will end up in your office doorstep!

Justine Moore, a woman that prefers to visit the local cake shop instead of doing her job properly.

The title of ASB Officer frankly is a joke, she shows favouritism to some and not others, even tho many complaints have been made.

Speaking in the local council community - im not the only one that has issues with this woman.

Frankly she is not fit for purpose and should not be in the job.

My care team are disgusted with her lack of action.

Dont bother contacting her, save your blood pressure.

Appalling service from Arun District Council since 2012. This is by far the worst and unfaithful Council's out there. Discrimination to disabilities put you in danger and fail to safeguard were appropriate. They all work together and thats against tenants. They are careless unfaithful and unprofessional. They to get themselves put of bother and to play down their negligence.
They help the worng people and are good at bullying Tennant and making their lives hell! Living proof of it. They have abused powers in my case many times and failed to act accordingly when required failing in the most basic necessities and response. They have caused me serious distress, harrassment and alarm throughout my time as Tennant. Justine more first introduce me to anxiety and before long I was put on antidepressants in 2013 a year after being there. Changed my locks whilst I was out at the shops inappropriate dressed. Had to wait untill evening to be let back in. Since I became disabled they neglected me failing duty of care. Left me without a secure front door for over 8 months despite fleeting a domestic abusive relationship following rape. Declined my manage move despite having received an email from the police suggesting a manage move to safeguard me. Deception on the reasons given for Declined and they kept telling me they were going to help but fobbed me off. Iv attempt suicide multiple times by overdose and most recently relapsed mentally due to their failure and lack of support. Left without a bathroom door 16 months. Wow this council is a disgrace and the people in this town deserve better. The majority of the staff are not nice people minority if your lucky are okay but overruled by above. Since covid they have ruined the council and you cannot get past the security man who loves his job because he sleeps most of the day will not help you, turns you away from the door and doesnt pass on important letters to rhe correct departments not just myself other tenants do not get mail past on. Its a shame. They make it impossible to get any work booked in and if you ste lucky to get somone they send bill or Ben flower pot men. Poor workmanship and no housekeeping or PPE. They more damage than good. Helplessness is all I can say. They are bad. I had to write to our MP to get a front door and that was during a extremely scary and challenging time of.life.

I have lived all over the UK and can assure you ADC is the worst council I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. Some departments are ok but their Housing and Neighbourhood teams are a joke. I agree the ASBO is a very strange person and delights in deception and dirty tricks to attempt to assert her false authority. They have none. Courts and judges do. ADC were found failing by the Ombudsman recently because they couldn’t keep basic accurate records! And they made people wait too long for responses. Disgraceful. I also agree they are obsessed with the acquisition of money then wasting huge amounts on facilities that malfunction or contractors (haha) that do inadequate or shoddy work while charging huge rates. It is utter financial waste! Their contempt for social housing residents is rife and they have treated elderly and vulnerable residents very badly. They have manipulated residents against others and supported bad neighbour behaviour while verbally assaulting and making legal threats to others for minor indiscretions. They are nothing more than a bunch of gormless gangsters who use their other gang mates (the police, who are very corrupt in Sussex) to back up their antics. If they ask you for feedback don’t bother - you will be ignored until such a time they see fit to answer or rectify an issue. We’ve had flaking paint under our front porches for the past nine years! And yet ADC managed to redecorate the community hub. But then they make money out of that. I would advise they sack all their senior officers and heads and hire the Teletubbies to run things.

I received a parking fine recently in Littlehampton car park I displayed my parking disc but it was out date I paid my fine and I won't be back this is not how you encourage customers to come and spend money which from what I can see Littlehampton town is desperate for, rustington much better thank you.

My sister has a house she has been there 25 years and two punks knocked at her door and said about a fence at her back belonging to the council and they want it back, or she could buy the tiny bit of land that goes through her shed they demanded to see her deeds she is 70years of age and it was up in her loft, they were like bailiffs , this all because her pigs of a neighbours that Rent the property want that bit so they can gain a bigger garden, So whenever people rent they get what they want so sod everyone else that own their house, one rule for them the council are Bullies to pensioners she never put the fence up it was there when she bought the property

Only interested in fleecing cash out of motorists to park in the town. For years you could have a free 2 hour car par disc. Now you have to pay. For the disc. Why what's the benefit? Car parks are still the same.

Awful customer service. No one answers the phones. Go into bognor town hall to be met by frosty lady .Came out in tears as was feeling vulnerable and needed help but she was not helpful.

Got a Right dodgy text from a giff gaff number. Purporting to be from the Council. Right dodgy bunch of gits. Saying loud music and a strange smell. You try kicking out a mentally ill schizophrenic. See how you fare. They seem to have an agenda.

Moved into Arun area Oct 31st, 2022. New build and only a letter giving me an ac number for Council Tax, but no £ to pay. I started paying £170.00 a month from November. Then got a letter banned "F", for a 2 bed house, the same as my neighbour with a 3 bed and bigger house. I have disputed it. Today I received a crappy letter from Arun, Your council tax is not being paid, most people in Arun pay their tax on time, you are one of the few people who have not paid. I have paid the £170.00, for the last few months, what nasty letter to send out. Perhaps if the left the office and came out to access, we wouldn't be here. I have paid them extra money, with threats of what would happen if we didn't.

Arun Council are a council that think communicating with the public is beneath them. I've called their council tax line several times but never had anyone pick up. The most recent time I waited 25 minutes. The usual default "We're experiencing unusually high demand" excuse, (whatever time you call them), is rolled out, but what it really means is they can't be bothered or deliberately don't want to man their phones properly. Council CEOs who deliver service as lousy as this should be fired without a payoff.
