Punctual, professional and lots of fun!

I had a very last minute birthday planned and looking around A& S entertainment was my first contact looking at their reviews and im very glad i decided to go with them. Everything was very simplified straightforward and great service provided. The kids loved the 15ft bouncy and fun all day long along with adults. Thank you so much for making my last minute party all stress free and convenient with no hassle. Will definately recommend to friends and family as well as coming back in the near future.

Team was really friendly and helpful. On time for both delivery and collection. Good selection of items. Would 100% recommend A&S Entertainments.

Very easy to book and delivery in time.

Great service & communication. Highly recommend!

Really wanted to give a better score as the team were helpful and pleasant but the venue complained that they were intimated by the team trying to gain access to the building early and the bouncy castle arrived filthy…

they did try to clean at my request with a towel and a spray but it just made mud! Inside the castle needed to dry out as well and luckily we had time before the guests arrived but it smelt pretty bad.

I did mention this and they said it’s an outside castle.

I wish I had had this information before as I would have made adjustments if I had known it was going to smell swampy!!

It’s a shame as overall contact was good but the parents didn’t want their kids to go in it as it smelt bad and was muddy..

I was abit embarrassed, especially when the venue said they were made to feel uncomfortable and the rest of the event was so polished.

Sorry lads.

We hired a bouncy castle for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. Initially I was wondering if the date would be available due to it being Easter Sunday and it was no problem at all! The service was fantastic, set up was so fast and collection was so smooth. The website was easy to use and the bouncy castle was so clean and looked brand new. Will definitely be using again and will be recommending to all family and friends. Kids and adults loved it!
Thank you so much. Great business :)

Fantastic service! Very friendly and the bouncy castle was amazing and they cleaned it well. Great service! I am so pleased I picked them for my daughter’s party! Great prices and great service, I will definitely book again. Thanks ☺️

Great options to choose from, at a fair price. Helpful on messages arranging times for drop off and pickup as hired a hall. They arrived promptly for drop off and pick up. Great service and the kids absolutely loved it! Would definitely use again for another party!

Clear communication and a really friendly person! Definitely recommend!
Bouncy castle we hired was great all day. No issues with it from start to finish.

Aaron was very informative and helpful when it came to hiring out the bouncy castle. He was on time and punctual and had a very positive attitude - We went through health and safety procedures and he ran me through everything that I may encounter on the day but thankfully everything ran smoothly. The equipment itself was immaculate (we used the disco bouncy for ref) it was everything I’d hope for and more. The birthday boy was over the moon, they loved the disco feature - I highly recommend A&S entertainment to add something special to your events. My only wish is I wished I’d hired it for longer!
Thank you for making my boys birthday a memorable one. I will be back soon.

Lovely and polite man. Everything was easy and straight forward. A pleasure dealing with the company.

Have used this company on a few occasions over the last few years and they’re always so good and reliable. Fantastic bouncy castle at a good rate and staff are always punctual and helpful.
