Forgot parts and send me wrong parts. Very bad communication. They want to send me new parts, but don't answer.

Never use this site!!!!
Ordered 3 parts, got 1 right
1 part never came
1 part was something else (shittier quality as well)
1 part was ok
Shipping took over 2 months
Customer service never replied to my complaints

I ordered a PT-1 stock. It had a defect and they sent the replacement part free of charge. They also have free shipping on international purchases. Thank you AsiaAirsoft!

This Shop is a Scam. They took my Money, made no contacts and i became no Item and no Money back.

if you get what you ordered immediately than fine if they mess up your order like they did in 60% lf cases with me communication is extremely slow and most of the time i didnt get items i waa supposed to or i get part of them sent to me

TL:DR - Product came in perfect condition, but was technically not what I ordered. Took slightly over a month for product to arrive in mail.

I've bought from AsiaAirsoft twice. I've received all items that I've ordered from them.

This most recent order was a Galaxy MP5 PDW. They advertise a discounted, express shipping rate for applicable orders; and inspite of this my order did not ship for about 3 weeks. It was another week until it arrived.

When I received my order, I noticed that the product was not what was advertised. I actually received a JG/Echo1 MP5 PDW instead of the Galaxy brand that was listed on their website. Technically, the product I received is actually better, so maybe I lucked out. It'd be a guess that maybe the opposite can happen as well; where someone orders a more expensive product and receives a lesser grade one in it's place. This is just my own speculation. Overall I'm pleased, but I can't help but feel a little reluctant when I order from AsiaAirsoft.

Purchased a GBB pistol, had some issue upon arrival, after emailing their staff reach out to me with professional manner, they resend another brand new item, even paided for the return shipping over $60 from CA, overall it’s a overall good experience and I will buy from them again.
I will give them 4.5 stars roundup since only unhappy customer leaves negative review these days.

Totally unreliable and cheater team. If you order something from them, they send a wrong and useless item what is fully different what you ordered. After you indicated this to them, they said they will send with the next order.
What If I don't want to order? If you order a new item, so that you give the first, they send a wrong new item again and they don't give the first, promised thing. And the paypal doesn't help, even If you attached the correspondence.
Bas-tard, unfair, boneless team.

When everything goes fine the company is great. But if there is a problem with an order asiaairsoft will completely ignore you. A wrong item was sent and they have not responded or straight out lied to me about them solving the problem.

Very slow processing time and delivery with hardly any communication. Don't waste your life on this site.

The item I paid for was marked as in stock.
They claimed it was out of stock but would be back in next week.

This went on for months. Always next week.
It was marked as in stock on their site the whole time.

I didn't give up.
Finally they said they sent it and I got a tracking number.
But it was a bogus number. They just made it up.

Very long story short I was eventually able to get PayPal to force them to send me my item.

I have no doubt these people have made a lot of money with this scam.
They clearly have routine ways of taking money and sending nothing.

I've waited a long while to write this because they are scary people and I don't want them to figure out who I am.

I can only assume the 5 star reviews are paid for. They took my money, processed the order very quickly and supposedly posted it in very good time.

Then the tracking stopped working almost immediately. After the stated time elapsed, I sent them a polite email and then another, no reply. Contacted Royal Mail with the details I had that I had been sent, showing handover to Royal Mail.

Royal Mail then very promptly replied saying unfortunately they had no evidence on their system of the package receipt and that only the sender would be able to pursue the matter.

Then emailed Asia airsoft saying, I am happy to wait longer but require reassurance, as I have heard nothing on their end, but if I received no reply I would be requesting a refund. That if everything has been sent appropriately there was no reason not to aswage my worries.

No reply, after this review I'm requesting a refund through PayPal. I'm just glad I kept the cost of the items down and used PayPal.

Total joke, is this actually a real buisiness? I really do wonder if they have actually sent my order.

I've ordered from them multiple times and I have always had decent comms and fast shipping. From tiny items such as a spring to a full chest rig. They've always come through for me.
I did once order a barrel only to be told it was out of stock (hence the four stars) but I was quickly refunded without any fuss.

Selling used goods as new, selling items that are out of stock and not refunding, 0/10 would not recommend at all.

Used items are sold as new, really bad support, no refund. Don*t buy from them!

I am just satisfied with pretty much everything:
- quality was 5 times better than I expected from cheap products I bought
- fast reply on mails
- good variety of products with quite nice prices
Delivery could have been faster, but it depends only on post you choose and customs and who knows what else.
Verdict: I will buy here more.

For my experience it's better to stay away from AsiaAirsoft shop.
The web site is really pretty and prices seem convenient but prey your god do not have problems with them after purchase.
I made an order on december 2015 and recived a wrong item for my rifle.
At the beginning they said they would sent the correct item or refound money.
Four months and a lot of emails later I'm yet waiting and my rifle continue to be broken.
If you like risk and bettings buy from them, if you like reliability and honesty STAY FAR AWAY FROM ASIAAIRSOFT

I bought a $115 gearbox. It took 1.5 months to arrive. Upon arrival it was SOAKING WET, I could smell the salt brine from ocean water. It was an Ares EFCS gearbox, and contains an electronic trigger that doesn't like water.

I contacted Asia Airsoft, they told me to talk with the post office. As the post office hadn't handeled the package anywhere near the ocean, I requested a replacement.

They wanted me to ship it back first, and that would cost a fortune, so I opened a pay pal claim.

Paypal also told me to ship it back for a refund.

It would cost $80-$200 to ship it from the states to Hong Kong. I am out $115, because of this disreputable business.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASIA AIRSOFT.
