Very disappointing experience.
The seller hides behind “terms and conditions” instead of being transparent about the real final cost customers have to pay. I ended up being charged unexpected import and handling fees that made the order far more expensive than advertised.

What makes this worse is the complete lack of responsibility or customer-oriented support. Instead of trying to help or find a reasonable solution, they simply redirected me to DHL and customs. A professional international seller should clearly warn customers about these additional charges before purchase, not after the package arrives.

I would not recommend buying from this store unless you are ready to deal with surprise fees and poor customer service.

Unserious company, second order with them paid, lost by the Romanian Post, they made me file a complaint for a package ordered and which did not arrive, I sent them the response to the complaint that the package was lost and now they are delaying the return of the amount paid. They did not even respond to emails. I do not recommend!

Haven't bought from them in a while, they were pretty quick in the past. Ordered 2 items, after 5 days and no shipment contacted them to find out the status of the order, got the semi automated reply almost saying are you blind, it says 3-7 business days, come back then. After 7 business days contacted them, they said 1 item is on order it may take a day or a week, while it was showing in stock all this time, then proceeded giving me right lies about delays and if I didn't like it, I could always cancel. Which I did.
EDIT: Gonna respond to comment. Could have simply explained situation when I first enquired instead of making me wait for "deadline" just to tell me it was on order. I wasted 9 days, could have just told me the truth you didnt have it in stock when I ordered.
EDIT2: Got email from Trustpilot because "Asian-MotoParts flagged this review for containing harmful or illegal content." Do not need to say more.

Hi , i recently bought 2012 kawasaki ER6N,
it was missing most of its fairing, i took a chance with asian moto , oh boy what a fablous company , i am based in South Africa , the fairing was very well package and it was such a short deliver and everything fitted like a dream, i am very highly impressed. Please keep up the great work i would highly recommend your company.

J’ai reçu une pièce abîmée, j’envoie toute les preuve par mail et ce dernière accuse le transport et ne répond plus à aucun de mail ne cherche à trouver aucune solution, j’ai ensuite fait un litige paypal et puis là asian moto part a commencer à répondre au email et a proposer le retour de l’article a mes frais alors que les frais d’envoie sont énorme plus de 50% de prix de la pièce en frais postaux, si asian moto part était un bon vendeur ils aurait clos le litige en ma faveur et m’aurait rembourser le montant de la pièce pour que je puisse recommander la je perd trop d’argent …

WOW, this place is awesome I brought a 2021 Honda cbr650r left handside flare and some other plastic and true to their word the items where most definitely OEM replacement parts, they fitted perfectly and the color was bang on, the shipping was quick as it only took about 20 days to arrive to me in New Zealand and everything was packaged up perfectly.

Easy to use website in English with all the manufacturer part numbers assigned to all the components for easy verification. All prices in Euros and a fraction of the price of the UK (50%+ cheaper including shipping, UK Vat, and parcel force customs charges). For UK customers, use parcelforce tracking for updates. You can also access your order through their website for updates, and you get regular emails keeping you up to date. All the parts were really well packaged.

I had a fantastic experience shopping with Asian Motoparts. I ordered several parts for my Honda PCX 160CC, and due to the challenging situation in Lebanon, the carrier I had originally chosen couldn’t deliver the items. However, their customer service went above and beyond to help me. They contacted me promptly, were very understanding of the situation, and even assisted me in finding an alternative carrier that could ship to Lebanon.

Not only did I receive my parts on time, but they were all genuine, exactly as expected. I really appreciated their proactive and helpful approach throughout the entire process. I will definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend their service to others.

Ordered Parts for cb 650 fa. Everything as expected very good packaging to ensure the parts wont get damaged. Delivery took a few days but in the limits the shop told me when ordering. Had a question and got a good answer in 24h.

Des frais de douanes de 29e en complément des 30e de frais de port déjà réglé pour une commande à 100e,un problème de compatibilité pour une des 2 vis de fixation d'un levier de frein,malgré l'envoi de la photo de la vis incompatible et de la vis d'origine, aucune réponse du SAV ,excepté qu'ils sont navrés, après une nouvelle relance ,plus de nouvelles de leur service, en ce qui me concerne, première et dernière commande sur ce site
