We just came back from an amazing 25-day trip to Viet Nam. I want to shout out to Ms. Thanh Xuân for creating a fantastic itinerary for our trip. She patiently worked with us to create an itinerary which included places we wanted to visit. It was a well-planned trip from transportation to lodgings, including communications and coordination all trip activities. The accommodations were excellent and within walking distance to popular attractions. The drivers/tour guides were also very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Ms. Xuân did an awesome job to tailor an additional 10-day trip for me at the end of our trip traveling by land from Nha Trang to HCM City that exceeded my expectations. It was a wonderful journey. I had so much fun and got the opportunity to enjoy the culture and visit beautiful towns, beaches, salt farming, vineyard, sand dunes, lotus pond, temples, and churches along the way. We had worked with Ms. Xuân previously in 2018 for our first trip so this time we didn’t hesitate to reach out to her again. Ms. Xuân is very professional and friendly with excellent communication and customer service skills. She will work with you until you are satisfied with the itinerary. I strongly recommend her/Asia Tour Advisor for all travel planning.

Ms Thanh Xuan at Asia Tour Advisor organized our first trip back to VN in 2018 and we were so happy with her service that I contacted her to plan our second trip back to VN in 2026. She once again planned another amazing trip for us. Ms Xuan was extremely responsive, professional and detailed in all communications. I made many changes to the itinerary and she was very patience and provided valuable suggestions. She also followed up with us during our trip, checked in all our domestic flights, and provided us with tour guide/driver info at each location. The guides, drivers, hotels chosen for our trip were also wonderful! My experience with Asia Tours was great from the beginning to the end. I was a little nervous when I first started emailing Thanh at Asia Tours as I had never booked anything like this independently but I shouldn’t have worried as the experience was similar to that of expensive holidays with UK travel agents.
Initially I sent Thanh a list of places I wanted to visit in Vietnam and Thanh quickly sent an itinerary back. Over the next few months hotels, tours, transfers, flights and lengths of stays were tweaked by email. Thanh always made enquiries for us and responded quickly.
We booked a 19 day tour taking us from North to South Vietnam. Guides and drivers were always friendly but professional and punctual. Hotels were lovely, Thanh suggested them and we upgraded some rooms. Thanh booked an overnight train to Sapa and cruise at Halong Bay.
Thanh arranged to actually meet us in person which was lovely after us emailing for so long, which was a lovely gesture. Thanh was also prepared to complete our check ins for the domestic flights but I had already completed these.
We had an amazing holiday and everything was so well organised that we had a positive experience. Thanh was excellent.
We are looking to return to Vietnam soon and will definitely be looking to book with Thanh at Asia Tours. Highly recommend this tour company.

A one month travel from north to south Vietnam, just perfect

Asia tour is a great company to organize your tours with. My advisor was Dora Bui. She was 10 stars out of 5. I cannot thank her enough for her planning the tours we wanted in Vietnam and Bangkok and her great communication.
1. Planning - We provided what we like to see and the dates, and she came up with a detailed itinerary proposal and 3 or 4 * accommodation options. We chose 3* and it was wonderful. We also opted to have joined tours, and our tours were in a luxury van with max. 11-12 people. The best part is that you can customize your tours day by day.
2. Communication - She kept us informed every day re when and who will pick us up from airport or hotels in the mornings. Below is the example of her communication. Whenever I had a question she responded within minutes, all the time.

This was our first international vacation so we decided to book through a travel agency. We went with Asia tour advisor and Hana, our advisor, was absolutely fantastic! She helped us formulate an itinerary that was perfect for us. She was very knowledgeable and always a text away if we needed help. Our trip was a perfect mix of relaxation and learning!
