Absolutely useless experience with ASICS.
After all the issues with delivery through Yodel, I finally receive the parcel — and it’s completely wrong. Not my trainers, not even my size, completely different style.
How do you get something that basic so wrong?
Now I’ve got the hassle of returning it and waiting for a refund, which judging by other reviews doesn’t fill me with confidence. This has turned into a complete headache from start to finish.
I should have checked Trustpilot before ordering — won’t make that mistake again.
I will never use or buy from ASICS again. This has completely put me off the brand. I’ll stick with companies that know what they’re doing. I don’t need this kind of hassle and stress just to buy a product.

No cometan el error de comprar aqui, pedi unos tennis de mi talla (tengo varios tennis Asics) llegaron y me quedaron muy chicos, hable ni siquiera a pedir devolucion de dinero pero que me los cambiaran de talla y no se puede. Asi que te aguantas. Es tirar el dinero comprar con ellos.
Return nightmare
I returned a pair of shoes after running on the treadmill for 20 min (they were too short). The refund was denied after sitting in their warehouse for 6 weeks!! Multiple emails and phonecalls from me in the meantime. And I was told that if I wanted them back, I would need to provide a prepaid label immediately because they would only keep them for a few days. What??? I spend $50 on a label and the emails I sent with the label were ignored. Multiple phone calls later, and charges that I needed to pay to FedEx because they arrived to pick up the shoes and the shoes weren't available, the shoes were finally sent back. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating!

Mitt köp upphävdes och jag skulle beställa på nytt och dessutom betala mer än vad jag hade betalat först.Mycket besviken.
Never buy online from ASICS - NEVER you guys !!!!!
No doubt ASICS make good shoes (otherwise I wouldn't buy them in the first place).
FIrst time buying them from their official website, order placed for a pair of Novablast 5 and 2 pairs of socks on the 6th April for a deivery lead time of 2-3 business days. Days gone by without any update....
Reached out and spoke to their AI Bot, checked the order had delay due to easter etc etc, fine I can take that. Advised will be shipped out on next day on 9th April. Asked for a transcript of the chat to be sent to my email, confirmed by the bot and it never arrived after the chat ended (even with confirmed email ).......
As you would now anticipated, shipping on 9th Apr never happened, reached out again and spoke to a human agent this time, the agent promising the order WILL be shipped on 10 Apr as that's what the system says it was being scheduled for and it would be with me within 24hrs once shipped....
And ofcourse it never happened....again reached out to ASICS agent telling all the background etc and that I need to ask for refund as there is no sign of progress. I was then told refund / cancel cannot happen as the order is still in progress and not shipped. I was saying to myself WTF, what sort of BS had I been told and kept being told by these agents. ASked for this issue to be escalated and response was I will get a email response in 3 working days, no hope so gave up.
3 hrs since the 'esclation chat', I get email from ASICS daying that the Novablast 5 I ordered is cancelled due to lack of stock, but hey don't be upset we'll still send you the socks!
End to end experience is the worst I have ever com e across in any form of purchase where online or face to face, they just do not seem to care and blae everything on the system and there is nothing they can do about it, the system that's probably still operating in the 1970's by the standard it is illustrating.
ASICS online, never ever again. This is from the UK so I am only speaking for the UK online system, such a shame and really really disappointing.
Never buy online from ASICS
I placed two orders over a couple of weeks, spending nearly £1500. I eventually kept two pairs at 180 each but that is where the trouble began.
Both Returns were delivered back to ASICS the following day but it took nearly two months and lots of emails and phone calls to try to get my money back. On each occasional I had to email them with details of the shoes returned again, even though I did it via their website. This is clearly a Company policy not to refund its customers and delay as much as they can. I believe if I had not chased and chased I would never have received a refund.
I am a Podiatrist with my own clinic and have always recommended ASICS shoes to my patients, however, never again. They seem an unscrupolous Company. If I ever buy ASICS again it will have to be face-to-face in a store. To be honest though it has put me off buying their brand.

Asics maakt gebruik van UPS als bezorgdienst. Wat een drama is dat. UPS liegt aantoonbaar over de levering. Nooit meer Asics zolang ze gebruikmaken van UPS.

Ordered via ASICS website and paid for next day delivery. Had to chase 2 days later and goods not collected by Yodel. Suggest ASICS change delivery firm as terrible service.

Ich habe mir den "GEL-VENTURE 11 WATERPROOF" gekauft. Leider zu erst zu klein. Die Rücksendung und Gutschrift verlief unkompliziert und schnell. Die Neubestellung funktionierte auch gut.
Der Schuh selber ist sehr schön! Er passt perfekt!
Der einizige Negativpunkt ist, dass die Website manchmal etwas rumspinnt und das Klicken nicht immer schnell funktioniert. Beim Bestellvorgang selber sollte man also etwas Geduld mitbringen.

Misleading Information & Poor Resolution – ASICS Carindale
Very disappointing experience with ASICS Carindale and customer service.
I called ahead and was clearly told I could return an item in-store. Based on that, I drove 30 minutes each way with my children, only to be told the system was down and nothing could be processed.
This resulted in a 1-hour round trip wasted due to incorrect information provided by staff.
While ASICS later arranged a return by post, I still had to spend additional time and money on packaging.
The final resolution offered was only a 15% discount code, which requires further spending and does not reasonably compensate for the inconvenience caused.
Overall, poor communication, lack of accountability, and an underwhelming resolution.

Bought a Nimbus 26 for £150 when it came out. Used it exactly 5 times for a total of at best 30km of normal walking on paved streets. The mesh at the top tore off. No other damage to shoe. ASICS say I wore the shoe off. Seriously? thats how long its designed for? Went to multiple showrooms. ALL of them said we are having to replace shoes as its a known defect. Sent them a polite email - of course they say I wore the shoes down inspite of sending them photos. not buying this shite again. They are knowingly selling poorly designed shoes. the reviews here are not surprising at all.

El servicio post-venta de las devoluciones es pésimo. Han pasado más de 11 días que tienen en su poder las zapatillas y no han realizado el reintegro. El teléfono de atención al cliente no lo cogen: música y mensaje de espera, hasta que ellos mismos cortan la comunicación.
Teniendo en cuenta el precio de estas zapatillas, está claro que la empresa no invierte en clientes.
Asics does not care about their customers
Asics does not stand behind its products. The statement they make on their warranty page is false: "At ASICS, we stand behind our products and are happy to assist you, as a consumer, if you have any issues with the quality or performance of our gear."
I have worked in Apparel/Footwear for 35 years and in Asia for over 3 decades, living in Mainland China for 7 years. Where I managed the operations of the apparel/footwear business. I found many issues and dishonest practices, so I understand what is happening.
The shoe in question has issues with the non-woven fabric they have used. You can see that the nonwoven fabric began to disintegrate after wear. The reason for this is that Asics used a low-quality material for their $200 shoes, or the supplier switched the fabric to save thousands of dollars, which will cost Asics millions.
I have seen many supplier issues, as I hope Asics is only using the best materials for their premium runners.
I expect a response to this claim. If you need to hire a consultant, I can help you with B.O.S.S. (Branding, Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing) needs. Please let me know if you stand behind your products and business.

ho ordinato un paio di scarpe risultate troppo strette e ho fatto il reso . dopo circa 4-5 giorni la ricezione del reso mi è stato risposto da ASICS che per il rimborso ci vorranno circa 20 giorni lavorativi. volevo ordinare lo stesso modello una misura più grande ma fino a che non mi restituiranno i soldi del primo reso non ordinerò nulla!!!!!!!!

I am a military veteran currently working in UK logistics, covering 10,000-15,000 steps daily with heavy loads. For the past 1.5 years, I’ve used my ASICS Gel-Sonoma 6 GTX as my primary "workhorse" in extreme operational conditions.
I recently reached out to ASICS (Case #04344506) to offer my physical samples and operational data for their R&D/Quality department. I believe my experience could provide unique insights into how these shoes perform under maximum stress before I recycle them.
However, it has been 6 weeks since my first report and 1 week since I sent follow-up photos. I have received zero response. I would simply like to know if ASICS is interested in this real-world data or if I should proceed with disposing of the gear.
