Help When You Need It

While we haven’t filed a claim for benefits in the past few years, when we did reach out for support, our claims adjuster was very helpful, and we received a monthly short term disability payment quickly.

Customer service

I was so blessed to speak with Alexander about an issue requiring an appeal for payment. He was understanding and encouraging and found out the correct way for me to manage this situation. To be able to talk with a real and caring person means so much! Thank you!

Had an issue with logging in to make a payment

Had an issue with logging into our account, I called and the young lady was very nice! She took care of my issue and I was able to make the payment right then over the phone with her even though the people that could reset my password were already gone for the day.

I've not required anything since I took out my policy, which is nice since it's a life insurance policy. but everything seems to be going smoothly.

The price I pay for a 15 year term policy is great. I wish I would have purchased a longer term policy.
