Light fitting arrived with broken shades. It took three attempts to get replacements. Astral were completely disinterested telling me the company that made them were " a multi million pound company.... ãã£ãšèŠã

Comparative review
Lovely products but you can buy the same at wayfair and the customer service in both is good . Delivery and resolution issues are better at Wayfair . Both are however excellent for choice

I was not aware that we have any delivery and resolution issues.
