Bestellung lief gut, aber die Rücksendung ist grausam. Der Kundensupport ist absolut nicht zu gebrauchen und es fühlt sich so an, als ob die Konversation einfach nur in die Länge gezogen werden soll.

Ordered a product, got a DHL tracking link but status remain just that the order has been created, no updates for over 10+ days.
Costumer service astrial is absolutly rock bottom, if possible even deeper that bad. Asked them if i was talking to a robot, the response... if i am an alien.

Seem a scam, asking for a refund. Handed it over to my legal insurance to take steps towards this company.

it's been 18 days and I haven't received the product and it says it will take 5-10 days

Quality is really very good compared to other manufacturers.

Ordered the Homestar Flux and some additional Disks
Delivery to Germany as fast as promised (1-2 days)
I didn't get an automatic Email confirmation, but the support responded within hours to my request.
Good quality products and I especially like the Astial Disks with additional Scenic layer

Fast delivery and excellent costumer service! I will order Lenses from them again!
