We needed some additional memory for our server and after a Google search came across Athema. Their price was extremely competitive against other retailers which seemed to good to be true. I e-mailed Athema to check they had physical stock (which they did) and received a response to my e-mail almost immediately! Memory duly ordered, delivered the next day delivery via courier, and installed without any problems. I then e-mailed for a VAT invoice which I received within 20 minutes! Can't fault price or service and would definitely use again - happy to recommend to others.

Excellent service. Ordered an 'ex-demo' display screen sold at about 20% less than the best on-line price for new equipment that I could find.

I identified the model of monitor I needed, then spoke to somebody at Athema about it. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The price was very competitive and the monitor arrived a couple of days later by courier, even during Covid lockdown. Great service.

Ordered item got lost in the post but my concern was immediately dealt with and a replacement was sent off straight away, quibble free. Delighted with my purchase, which was exactly as shown on the website!

Ordered an ex-display HP G2 Thunderbolt dock with Audio from Athema. Item was delivered very quickly and in very good condition - works perfectly. Great price for the item, so would definitely recommend and use them again.

Ordered a reconditioned printer as they don't make my favoured one any more. Arrived quickly and looks "as new" very happy.

It was more cost effective to purchase a reconditioned machine than to source and set-up a new one

Not going to be negative about company for only just had the one dealings with them (hence 3 stars) just wanted people to be aware of the returns policy offed to us - Item unused but asked to return and as not needed - advised it would incur a 25% restocking fee plus returns postage! bear in mind you pay for postage out! - taking 25% to put it back on shelf and adjust stock levels.... result: disappointing experience.
