ATHLEAN-X has been extremely helpful in my gaining strength and mobility. Being a senior citizen I pursue learning each day on how to improve my daily strength needs and responsibilities for me, and my family. Michael at ATHLEAN-X has been patient, professional and knowledgeable with all of my questions, even the minor ones and always answers them with a positive tone in a reasonable time. Being an old guy I've always struggled to follow an exercise "plan". JACKED is the first plan that I have followed as close as possible, in many years. I think the reason I'm able to follow the JACKED program is because I made a commitment and I trust the information giving from ATHLEAN-X (Jeff & Michael).

I asked if AX offers a discount for military or veterans...AX doesn't. But, I was shared the small difference between my order and free shipping by Lisa! I thanked Lisa for letting me know and added an extra Mochaspresso.

Erica, the customer support representative I worked with, was very prompt and courteous. She was quick to respond to my issue (a package getting lost), identify what happened, and rectify it; she provided consistent updates along the way until my package arrived. Great services to match the great quality of the products Athlean-X provides!

Athlean X, let me swap a program that was more inline with my goals.

I really like the website layout. the variety of programs is awesome. Customer support has always been very good. They are quick to respond with answers and directions. I use Athlean-x protein powder and creatine and find it very helpful and useful in my workout regimen.

I recently had an order mixup which was addressed promptly and very respectful and professional then solved within 24 hours! Kudos to Erica and team Athlean for their hard work as I'm sure the holidays have been demanding on everyone. I've never had a bad experience and someone is always there to address any(if any) problems that occur!
I have used Atheanx off and on over the last 4 years, amongst my career changes, education and working 6 days a week etc. My health physically and mentally went through its ups and downs however, I never forgot the reason I chose Athleanx in the first place. Jeff Cavalier, I believe is amongst the most legitimate persons i have seen truly looking out for people's health. He is not fake at all, the fact that he remains focused on giving the best health advice in different formats gave me enough options to find what i have been looking and struggling to do for the last 20 years. I look forward to seeing the next 20 years + !

Great program you can believe in with science based excercises and a customer support team that is really helpful if you mess up ordering.

Athleanx is absolutely amazing. Anytime I had an issue big or small, it was taken care of immediately!!! The training is beyond words. So thankful I have been a part of this family for almost 4 years.

Was going to place an order based on their most recent email ad "Free Shipping on all orders" I went to check out and it says "You're only $38 from FREE Shipping" I called customer service and questioned her about the ad sent via email. Her response was free shipping is on orders over $75. informed her, that is not what the ad said. She did not offer the free shipping to honor the ad. As a long standing customer and as part of good customer service practice, would have been to make good on the free shipping for my inconvenience. She offered me nothing.

Customer service was amazing! My order was taken from my doorstep prior to me arriving at my new residence. It was a long shot, but I reported it and asked if an exception could be made to send me what I ordered again. Thankfully, it was granted and I received my package without any issues.

High quality at a good price. Customer support is top notch and responds quickly. I have lost 180 lbs of fat and over the last year I have put on about 20 lbs of muscle thanks to Jeff's videos, workout programs, and supplements. Thank you Jeff for all you do for this community, and helping people like me get their life and health back.

I absolutely love ATHLEAN-X training programs! The way each program is structured, with a solid focus on the science behind every exercise, really sets it apart. The balanced combination of challenges pushes you to your limits and helps you extract the best version of yourself. It definitely requires a lot of discipline and grit, but I can confidently say that if you dedicate yourself, the results are guaranteed.

I got a huge discount on a year subscription. So I have used it to look through the various plans to make a better choice with what I want to do. I would like to sayI have then gone ahead and used one of the plans but I haven't. I found it was a little more complicated than I expected it to be. There is all these if this then you do that with some of them. Others ou need to e able to commit to more days than I have available. Others don't fit around my 4 on 4 off days/nights shift pattern. Some I just wasn't feeling so knew I wouldn't stick with it. Only one appealed to me which I then bought that plan outright. That way I will own that one even when the year plan ends. 3 I have intensions of doing in the summer when I will be better able to get along to a gym without getting soaked enroute as I don't drive. I was a little dissapointed to be honest as I had hoped the programmes would be like the youtube videos but in the form of a follow along class. All plans have things in there that I either don't have access to equipment or my fitness ability means I can't do the exercise. Often alternatives are given but for me I couldn't always do the alternative due to limited range of motion or lack of wrist flection. I am also hypre mobile which causes difficulty with some exercises. I found that I had to substitute many exercises which changed the plan and defeated the point of Jeff having created the program with specific goals in mind.

Now I can't access the platform to progress in the program. This company CAN'T get anything right! Tried to reset my password twice but that didn't work. Tried support - NOTHING. This has to be my worst experience with any online store.

Be careful with paying for the service.
A year ago, I bought a subscription. I used it for 3 months and then stopped.
The service was inconvenient, but overall, there were useful videos.
After a year, they charged me $150 again, which is a lot of money for me.
I was surprised and tried to find the linked bank card in my account, but I couldn't. There's no such section at all. The card was linked without any notifications or control options.
I wrote to support demanding a refund. My account was unexpectedly deleted, and they said they refunded the money.
The only problem is that a month later, I still haven't received it.
The bank asked me to send an RRN or another payment identifier to check the payment. The service did not provide it.

I’ve been using Athlean x for years now. I have AX1 AX2 and mass size. I love them all three programs and rotate between them. I used to over train and see little results, using this Athlean X educate me on the correct way to train. The video tutorials are clear and concise. Each new training phase is explained with the how and why, which is so interesting, I’ve learned so much from completing these programs. Best of all, I have had excellent results! I joined in my mid 30s, and I have consistently maintained a 6 pack as I enter my 40s!!

I can’t comment on the program, only just stared. But the platform is horrendous. Only a web app, next to unusable on a mobile device. The whole thing is very americanised. Weights and measurements are all in imperial (regardless of web app settings you apply) recipes are all American ingredients. If you live outside the US I would not recommend this program.
