We have used Atlantech for a very long time, and their customer service is very thorough and helpful. They are able to assist with any questions/issues I may have as soon as possible. They ask questions and sometimes even follow up on tickets that may seem a bit more complicated.

The technical services they provide are also consistent, where we don't run into issues around connectivity unless we are having an internet issue.

The techs were quick to respond and able to help troubleshoot via email/phone calls. The emails with photos on how to reboot the system were helpful. Tech was able to come out first thing the next morning to restore our service.

Kevin and Jess were very prompt in assisting me with my question. Kevin provided simple and exact steps for what I needed to do and Jess was able to finish our phone set up online. I have worked with both of them in the past and always know I am in good hands with them!

When I needed necessary phone lines to monitor our fire alarm system, Atlantech Online stepped in and started the process of replacing the lines on day one. I really appreciate the effort they put into fixing my problem.

After receiving distressing information with a competitor LEC with a late circuit delivery, I contacted Morgan Henry noting I needed a circuit delivered to our building with a short 3-week turnaround timeline for new office build out in Washington DC. Morgan called me back within 5 minutes and already had blocked out time for a site survey under the next day, delivering the circuit under 9 days. Grateful to have Morgan Henry, Tom Collins, and Ed Fineran as partners with all things Tech. They are leaders in this industry and are always willing to help their customers going the extra mile.
