Fast resolution of the problem.
As always, customer service is top notch !

We've been loyal customers of Atlantech Online for a couple of years now, and the transition to their Microsoft Teams voice service has been nothing short of revolutionary for our insurance company. It has streamlined our communications in ways we couldn't have imagined.

The support from Atlantech has been consistently exceptional. Whenever we reach out with questions or need to make changes, their team is incredibly helpful and responsive. Whether it's through their chat function or submitting tickets over the phone or by email, we've always experienced swift turnaround times. The Microsoft Teams voice interface is fantastic allowing us to manage voicemails and personal settings from anywhere.

What sets Atlantech apart is the ability to directly call and get a knowledgeable support person on the line promptly. Their proactive alert system keeps us in the loop about planned maintenance and any potential issues that might affect us.

We can't speak highly enough of the seamless experience we've had with Atlantech's Microsoft Teams voice service with Atlantech’s support. It has truly transformed our operations.

Tech support has always been great with Atlantech.

We were were most worried about the downtime as we switched to Atlentech Online. It turns out, I did not need to worry! I don't think we missed a single call.

We use Atlantech Online for internet connectivity and telephone service and have been extremely happy with them. We also use Atlantech to light our Class A commercial properties in the Washington DC region with fiber as well as provide low voltage wiring services for tenant buildouts. Atlantech has been a huge value to our tenants and it has been comforting knowing that a trustworthy and competent team is working with us and our property manager to deliver the best service.

On the rare occasion we do have to call in, the support team is very responsive and you really feel like they care about helping you. We cannot recommend their service or their tech support enough. A special thanks to Morgan Henry. He is always available to help with even the smallest question.

Very happy with our decision to rollout Teams Phone and Cloudfax with Atlantech as our partner.

There were a few bumps along the way, as with any rollout. But as always, the Atlantech Online team was very responsive, agile, and quick to act.

Everyone at Atlantech is generous with their time and explanations about the systems and in answering questions.

I have been using Atlantech for several years and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Honestly, the best Internet service provider I have ever used.

I really like the fact that I can call them directly and a well-trained knowledgeable support person promptly answers the phone. They also have a great alert system that regularly sends notifications of planned maintenance updates or any known issues that could affect customers.

Morgan Henry and the Atlantech team went above and beyond to help us during a very abrupt company restructure and assisted in re establishing colo services in Rockville, MD.

Every time I submit a ticket for assistance, the support is always prompt to assist saving me lots of time that could be wasted driving down to the Data Center.
The Sales Director, Tom Collins, is an exceptional help and never fails to assist where possible and checking on us! Customer service is a definite 10/10.

I have used AOI as my phone/internet vendor for more than 20 years. AOI is very responsive and always there when I need them. All employees are very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. To put it simply, AOI provides the best customer service of any vendor that my law firm has ever used. I would give them more stars if I could.
