Excellent service
I had a problem with a tyre losing pressure and not sure if it was slow puncture or faulty valve. I took it to ats who sorted it quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Went to my local ATS in Middlesbrough this morning. Phil and Aaron were first class, helped me get tyres cheaper than I thought. Booked in later this week no charge for helping me back on the road today. I will be using ATS in future. First class customer service. 👍🏼

Good, but expensive for the actual work being done
The work and the inspections are fine but the fees related to the actual work done are far too expensive.
A wheels off and wheels on job costing £154 is ridiculous.

AS WE WERE ABOUT TO LEAVE SERVICE DESK LADY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. STARTED SCREAMING AND POINTING HER FINGER AT ME BECAUSE WE TOLD HER COLLEAGUE THAT SHE WASN'T VERY HELPFUL, BUT HE WAS.
NEVER HAD SUCH A RUDE RESPONSE FROM ANY BUSINESS STAFF MEMBER BEFORE.
