I always take my car to ATS, Hobley Drive, Swindon. The team deliver a really great professional service, in the time window promised for the price quoted. I like the fact that the same team have worked there for years and remember the customers that they have seen before.

Trust is very important when selecting a garage for maintenance and repair. I've used this garage for 25+ years. The staff here are always polite, friendly, competent and professional. Highly recommended !

Great guys that work in the centre, always welcoming and have a great attitude. Always tell you the truth about your vehicle, if something needs work, or if something doesn’t need work! I always take my vehicles here, for MOT’s and servicing, will not go to a different centre.

The work was completed swiftly and in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Having booked a full service at ATS Swindon recently, I was absolutely appalled at the poor level of service I received. What a horrendous mistake this was! After dropping the car off at there site in Swindon we went back a couple of hours later to pick it up after being told the service was done.

We paid the £228 -00 fee and started the journey back home and this is where the problem started as there appeared to be some sort of a noise/banging from underneath the car. After eventually getting home we looked underneath the front end of the vehicle and to our horror the skid pan was dragging on the floor hence, the noise. It would appear they had failed to properly attach the skid pan to the car which was a big mistake and could have resulted in a bad accident.

On getting back home I called ATS immediately to highlight this issue. On speaking to the mechanic who did the work I was told to take the car back for them to fix which I think was a ludicrous decision, taking into account the skid pan was actually half-dragging on the road. Due to the severity of the problem the car was not safe to drive.

They finally agreed to come out and fix the problem over the next 2 days. After doing the work the Mechanic suggested we bring it in for a proper inspection. However, we tried calling back at least 10 times throughout the day to arrange this inspection but to no avail as no one picked up the phone at there end.

At this point I came to the conclusion that they had got there £228-00 pounds in the till and no one gave a dam as to the damage they had caused to the car. This whole business I've found very upsetting and stressful as I'm a disabled pensioner.

Top job as always from the guys at this Swindon branch!!
