I purchaed mine about a year ago - never head better headphones

I ordered a pair of Mix-Style Headphones along with a pair of Elecom headphones not so long ago (Mon Sept 21st, 2009) but it has been past a week since the status of my orders have been updated and I am now getting a bit aggravated. On their website they posted (4-7) days shipping for US orders but it has been past that for my orders and they have yet to ship!!! It makes me very angry waiting all this time JUST FOR THE STATUS TO CHANGE... I will still have to wait for them to ship it out to me as well! I also emailed asking them for a status update on my orders so finally after two days someone responded saying that they will have their "operation managers" respond to me with my order's status but it's been a whole day now and still no replies... I'm just waiting now for ANY sort of reply to happen... -sigh- ... Customer Service is HORRIBLE at audiocubes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AUDIOCUBES FOR ANYONE!!! (unless ya'll like waiting???) ... (>_>);;
