Why is this allowed to happen in America? It should be a cyber-security in operation where if the company is scamming customers a red flag should flash on all their advertising sites. I not only haven't received my product but believe my method in which the purchase was made has been compromised. No product and my account has been wiped out.

I ordered a dress on March 7th. It is now March 27th and it hasn't shipped and I haven't heard anything back from the company which I emailed a week and a half ago.

Seems they’ve stopped shipping orders? I placed an order through Shop in January and tried contacting them late February (after it never arrived). I received no reply. Today, I disputed the charge… I definitely don’t recommended buying here.

This store claimed to be Canadian and indigenous owned!
This is why I bought from this company!
When I received my order, there were no labels at all inside!
My order was poorly made but thankfully sizing was okay.

Do not buy from here it's a scam! Takes forever to arrive and they don't give you what you ordered. I'm out of 101.97 and I've been emailing and I keep gettivv nc an automated response can't talk to anyone. I now have to go through my bank and dispute this.

Ordered a 3 piece set only 2 arrived, poor quality & not true to size. I have sent multiple emails to return item for a refund & I’m getting ignored

If I could rate it a zero I would. This company is a scam. They have also charged my card 5 times since February without my consent.

Do not use this company! The dress I ordered was cheap and looked more like an overall. When I asked to return it, I was told the shipping cost back to Asia would be £40. When I challenged this, the response was not pleasant!! This returns shipping cost was not clear or transparent when I bought online otherwise I wouldn’t have touched it. ** BEWARE this lot come under many guises using respectable sounding UK company names.

This company is a scam. I ordered and no dispatch. The company doesn't respond to any emails or messages. Do not order!

Reporting the charge on my credit card. It’s been over 8days and no shipping confirmation no reply’s to emails. Nothing. Order not received. 100% a scam.

The dresses arrived screwed up into an A5 size envelope. They were supposed to be wrap dresses but the only overlapped by about 4 inch’s so on sitting down the dress fell open showing private parts. Not at all acceptable and their UK webpage advertises free returns yet their returns policy states otherwise. This is not a UK based company but advertising falsely. They have offered 75% off but I will not wear these dresses so want a refund and a returns label but this will not happen as the returns address is China. After 15 emails they have gone quiet as I did a screenshot of their free returns shown on their webpage. A massive scam company who should be stopped from trading as they are not based in London but china 😡😡

The shirt I received is not the one I ordered rather a cheaply made shiny polyester version of it! This company states they do returns but don’t honour it. They just go quiet after a couple of emails.

Fake company, not a working tracking number. Do not buy this.

Do not recommend. Returns are promised to be hassle free and 100% but they start by offering 10% refunds. After three replies back I’m at an offer of 30% refund. DO NOT BUY

They don't even deserve 1 star. I'm gonna have to fight them. They are dishonest,liars,false advertising. They need to be put out of business. Disgusted. Over priced garbage. Shipping is not standard pricing. They make it up.

Ordered a Suede coat on 13 November, today it is 3 December and it has t been shipped. I’ve made multiple attempts at contacting them with no success, appalling.

I returned a dress at my own expense to China - postage was £25.
4 weeks on and several emails later providing postage/return info as requested and I have still have not received my refund even thought I received an email stating that a refund would be completed / it never was refunded

I’ve order 2 dressed from Auri collection, and ans they never fulfill the item and refused to refund my money back , same on them. Hopefully they are out of business or someone sues them. I’m A 2X stroke survivor, and I’m not just throwing money around, I wanted the dresses
