Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about this experience. We can confirm that we provided Australia Post with the recipient’s mobile number, and they should generally receive SMS updates regarding the delivery of their parcel.

We sincerely apologise that this did not happen in your case. We'll follow up with Australia Post to understand why the notification wasn’t sent to ensure this doesn’t occur again.
