I'm sorry to hear you are having problems getting in touch with us.

I can see from our system that you emailed on the 17th March at 9:51am. My colleague replied to this the same day at 10:29am.

I can also see you emailed again on 29th March at 9:00am. We replied to this the same day at 9:55am.

I suspect our replies are being routed into your junk/spam folder. Please check this.

We are also more than happy to call you on any phone number you have working. You can email us with a number to call and we will call you straight back. We are receiving your emails so there's no issue there.

Once again, I am sorry for the issues you have had, but we are definitely here, definitely receiving your emails and definitely replying to you.

We are sorry there has been a delay with your order. We did dispatch your order with DHL on a next day service as you had paid for. Unfortunately we are not DHL, and once the parcel is handed over we are at the mercy of them completing their part of the process correctly.

In this instance your order was delayed through DHL which we can only apologise for. However when these unfortunate delays do happen, it's important that we are here to support you to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

As soon as you contacted us, we immediately refunded your shipping cost as you did not receive the service you paid for. We also raised an investigation with DHL to locate your parcel. Of course if the parcel cannot be located, we will resend or refund your order as you require.

I'm very sorry you feel our response to this DHL delay warrants a 1 star review. However we are still here to help in any way we can.

We are very sorry for your experience.

There are 100s of thousands of different car variations on the roads and every one of them can have a different set up of headlight unit and engine bay space.

Unfortunately there is no data available anywhere that tells us how much space there is around the bulb and your headlight unit for every car in existence. We also do not have access to every car in existence to check (this would take a very long time and come at a huge cost!). Therefore it is impossible for us to know in advance whether there will be a requirement for additional components such as larger dust covers to facilitate installation.

It is for this reason we put the dimensions of the bulbs on the website to allow you to check this in advance of purchase. We are sorry if you did not follow this advice on this occasion.

Of course when a vehicle does have a configuration that is space restricted, we are still able to assist. We have a variety of products available that have smaller bulb bases to fit in tighter headlight units, and we have larger dust covers to provide more space and facilitate fitment.

We unfortunately cannot give away products for free as we have no control over how much space car manufacturers make when they design their cars, and have no way of knowing this in advance. But of course we are more than happy to help you reach the best solution for your vehicle to give you the light improvement you are after.

Once again I am sorry that this product did not work out for you this time but we are still more than happy to help resolve the challenges you have here.

We are very sorry to hear you are not happy with the product you ordered.

We do state in multiple places that LED and HID upgrades are not road legal (product descriptions, FAQs, blog posts) but we apologise that you did not notice these. We will of course review our website to see if there are areas this can be improved.

Unfortunately fitting challenges can occur depending on the car. This can change from car to car (even those of the same make, model and year!) so it's impossible to predict all eventualities. It is for this reason we have solutions ready to be used if needed, as was the case with your vehicle. We also provided free post for the items you needed to return so you weren't out of pocket at all.

Thank you very much for your comment about our service team being helpful. We pride ourselves in our before and after sales support and are always here to help.

Please also be aware that the product you bought isn't the only item we sell. We have a wide range of road legal upgrades and would be more than happy to exchange the items you bought for a more suitable alternative.

I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with the service you received.

I have looked at your order and you selected the FREE Super Saver delivery option, which is a 2-4 working day service as detailed on the website.

Your order was placed on 12th January. This means you would expect delivery between 14th - 19th January based on working days (not including weekends or bank holidays).

Having tracked your order, I can see it was in fact delivered on Saturday 15th January which is well within the expected delivery window.

We do offer a next day delivery service for £5.95 and this is with DHL, but you did not select this option this time.

If in future you need your order on a next day service, please ensure you select and pay for this during the checkout process. If you have any issues doing this, please contact us through our website or over the phone and we are always happy to help.

I hope this helps clear up the situation.

We're very sorry for the delay on your order.

As per the website at the time of order, the item you purchased was on Pre-Order with an expected despatch of the week commencing 20th December depending on exactly when the stock arrived in our warehouse.

The stock arrived with us on the 23rd December and your order was shipped via Royal Mail that very same day on the 2-4 working day service as you selected at time of order.

Unfortunately due to Christmas, and the subsequent bank holidays, that makes the 2nd working day the 29th December (today) and the 4th working day Friday 31st December.

I also note you live in an IV postcode area which unfortunately does mean it can be more towards the 4th working day rather than the 2nd working day. This is of course out of our control and to do with the Royal Mail network.

We do not publish reviews about shipping delays as product reviews (which is what you submitted). Product reviews are for exactly that, a review of the product performance itself as this is what is useful to customers looking to buy.

If your order doesn't arrive, we will of course resend it or refund you as required.

I hope this helps clarify the situation. If you do see the Pre-Order button instead of the Add to Basket button in future, please check the expected despatch date stated to see when to expect your order to be sent.

Hi Kevin

We're sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. The image you sent us clearly showed a minor tear on the outer box packaging of the product which would not affect the product at all.

As advised, the product would be completely unaffected, in perfect working order and still covered by the 3 year warranty.

It is of course your choice if you would prefer to return them for a refund which we are happy to accept back. However as the product itself is in perfect condition, we cannot offer freepost return.
