The gentleman that helped us was very nice and very helpful. He knew what we needed and what we could afford. He didn't push anything on us we didn't want and he was a very pleasant person.

From the time I walked into Gossett
From the time I walked into Gossett, until I drove off in my new car, they were professional and helpful as ever. They listened to me and answered every question I had. They were sure to go over everything with me, concerning my new vehicle. I would like to give a huge shout out to Mr. Patrick Williams at Gossett. He was my salesman and he did an outstanding job making sure I understood everything and getting my new car.

First of all the finance manager is great and do not take no for an answer his name Rodger from gossett Hyundai and the sales rep. Patrick/John they both are great I will for sure send people to them

Rebuilding my credit
My credit was bad and I was still rebuilding but needed a truck for my family that was growing and auto credit express helped me find a local dealer and helped me get the truck I needed

I liked that they went out of there way…
I liked that they went out of there way to put me in what I needed and wanted .I did get a run around and was a day late getting it and some things didn't get fixed but was told they would get fixed

My Personal Experience and Advice
Buying a car from Nissan City of Springfield was an overall informative experience that had both positives and a few challenges. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and ready to assist. A salesperson walked me through different vehicle options, explained features clearly, and answered most of my questions without rushing the process. One of the highlights was the test drive. It gave me a good feel for the car, and the staff made sure I was comfortable and understood the vehicle’s capabilities. The dealership also had a decent selection of cars, which made it easier to compare models in one place. However, the purchasing process itself took longer than expected. There was some waiting during the financing stage, and certain costs and add-ons. While the staff remained professional, clearer communication was great.

Was there for four hours one day the next two days later four hours they didn’t look at the problem that I came in for they said they didn’t even know I was there no, I’m here for the third time. I was treated with kindness they where…
I was treated with kindness they where willing to help in all always I was having trouble with a recent mishap at work that was giving me trouble to walk so they salesman Mikal drove me from point a to point b I think he was spectacular I couldn’t stay to finish up paperwork that day so he came to my house picked me up n gave me a ride from his own car time n gas n brought me back to dealership to finish paperwork n get my new car now if that’s not a excellent salesman I don’t know who are thanks Mikal
