Rung up to place an order, had some rude guy answer whom told me to order through their site instead...

Firstly, why have a order line if you don't want to accept orders through it, secondly, where is the customer service skills... We are a vehicle based business building customized race vehicles so we order quite a bit. This guy obviously needs less workload.

Parts are good quality however, delivery can be temperamental but overall a good business with a wide variety

Ho fatto l'ordine il 9 maggio 2019 verso le 18:00 n° 100057920. Ho chiesto con due diverse email il tracking number. Non si sono degnati di nessuna risposta. Ad oggi 16 maggio 2019 non ho nessun numero di tracking. Pertanto la merce ancora non è stata spedita.

Ordered 4 hoses that said were in stock on website in black to be told a few days later they had none in stock but did have blue.
No good to me told 2 to 3 months lead time so cancelled order and went elswhere

I would like to have placed by order over the phone, as I was unsure of the items I needed, but even though I was speaking to a "person." I still had to go online to order.

The cuff arrived later than the scheduled date and the cut was super badly done

I’ve recently purchased a engine conduit dressing up kit from this company and everything was to my satisfaction up until arrival to find that the colour of the product that I ordered in red turned out looking more orange than red and did not Mach the photos given to advertise the product,I would of sent it back in exchange for a refund but for the sake of £15 I didn’t bother I just won’t be using this company again..very disappointed

10 days ago I ordered 2 blue silicon straight reducing hoses.

After a couple of days an email arrived to say that they were unavailable and would I accept another colour. I chose black and assumed that they would arrive. NO. It's now 10 days after the order was placed and there is no sign.

I tried ringing but was told that there was nobody available to take my call and I could not leave a message.

Been a customer for several years but over the last few months the service has become terrible. Pay for next day turns up 3 days later. Parts missing no contact from Ash silicone hoses to advise me, wrong size parts turning up...Rang up to order a part. Guy took my money said it would be despatched that day...Nothing turned up. Contacted them again to be told the part i d just bought was out of stock for 5 weeks! So i am looking at new suppliers as i can no longer depend on Ash Silicone Hoses

Bought one of their Branded wiper blades from eBay, lasted 6 months and then snapped off in the rain scratching the screen causing £1000 worth of damage and severe safety issues to drive the car. Contacted them to ask about the problem 3 times and was just ignored. So a rubbish product and rubbish company in my experience. Best avoided.

Always a good firm to deal with products are of a reliable quality and affordable price. Not quite up to five stars rateing as the delivery time,7 days, is not as good as most on line dealers today.

Brilliant had a small issue but it was quickly resolved.
