total dos meses de conversaciones, yo ya sabía que con la escusa del proveedor no se ivan hacer cargo ....
efectivamente , me dice AUTOZONE que su proveedor no se hace cargo y que cree AUTOZONE que su proveedor está intentando hacer pasar la garantía.

lo primero ustedes cuando venden un producto sea cual sea tienen que dar garantía y hacerse cargo, por qué es muy bonito vender productos y cuando dan problemas decimos que el proveedor no se hace cargo , ustedes AUTOZONE son los que tienen que dar la garantía al cliente y reponerle el producto dañado, mal ensamblado , con defecto etc... etc
y luego ustedes hablar con su proveedor y si ustedes tiene que prescindir de ese proveedor por qué no se comporta como tal , eso es cosa vuestra AUTOZONE y tendréis que buscar un proveedor formal .
pero vosotros AUTOZONE. sois los que estáis vendiendo el producto , sea CHINO o NACIONAL .
y no me vengais con un descuento del 55% en la compra del mismo producto , o un 15% en la próxima compra , no seáis tan caras .
lo que tenéis que hacer es reponerle al cliente con la misma pieza a coste cero.

I went to Auto Zone on Wisconsin Ave. and went in with a broken right windshield wiper. I didn't know what kind of wiper it was. Preston was such a big help. He helped me find the right windshield wiper that matched the passenger side wiper. He was so helpful. He told me how to put it on because I didn't have the vehicle there. He's an outstanding employee and should be recognized for his outstanding service. He was so friendly and very generous because I didn't have enough money and he helped me pay for it. Exceptional Leadership and an Outstanding Team at AutoZone 1200 SW 27 AveOn Thursday
On Thursday, March 12, I had a truly memorable experience at AutoZone Auto Parts on 1200 SW 27 Ave, Miami. I feel it deserves to be shared.
From the moment I arrived, something immediately caught my attention: part of the store’s team is made up of women. I had the opportunity to speak with the Store Manager, Juan G., who explained that it was his initiative to create more opportunities for women to grow in a field traditionally dominated by men. I found that vision of leadership not only intelligent but also courageous and necessary in the times we live in.
The person who assisted me was Gisell Trujillo, and I must say her professionalism and attitude truly impressed me. With complete confidence and clear knowledge of her work, she replaced the engine air filter in my husband’s car, the wipers, and the battery, all while training Solianni, a new member of the team. Watching Gisell work with that combination of skill, efficiency, and willingness to teach was honestly admirable.
During that time, I noticed something interesting: several customers seemed surprised to see a woman performing this type of technical work, as if they did not expect it. To me, it was almost amusing, but also deeply meaningful, because what was actually happening was the opposite — a clear demonstration of capability, preparation, and professionalism.
Initiatives like the one led by Juan G. do more than strengthen a business; they also help break stereotypes and open doors for more women to develop in this field. As a woman and as part of our Latino community, I felt very proud to witness something like this.
I would also like to mention that on Friday, March 6, I was assisted at this same store by Roberto Neira, who also demonstrated outstanding knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. The team at this location is well-trained and truly committed to providing excellent service.
For all these reasons, I believe Juan G., Gisell Trujillo, and Roberto Neira deserve special recognition from the company. They have built a team that not only solves automotive problems but also represents professionalism, inclusion, and service to the community.
I encourage our community to support this team. When a business demonstrates real leadership, initiative, and commitment to people, it deserves to be recognized.
I recommend this store 100%. Their team is not only keeping cars running — they are also raising the standard of what customer service and leadership in our community should look like.

I have been purchasing parts for 40…
I have been purchasing parts for 40 years. I know that the quality on the duralast brand is not the best but they have lifetime warranty. I try to purchase them because I keep my vehicle for a long time. Today I tried to use a warranty that I have used before and not only they cannot find that warranty it shows that I haven't purchased anything from them and have nothing under warranty for any of my vehicles. Corporate told me that there is nothing they can do unless I find my original receipt on all of my purchases. Now I have paid for warranties that are useless on 3 of my vehicles. Really bad system they have if you choose to purchase from them make sure you save ALL receipts.

It cost us $25.00 to have the old alternator taken off and new alternator put on. The new alternator was defective.
We had gotten another alternator at their store.
My wife car was acting up. We half to have the car because I am disable and she works in Nashville.
We ended up taking her car to Darrell Waltrip Automotive Group at Franklin , Tennessee.
The second alternator cost us $25.00 to take off. The second alternator was defective too.
These prices have labor cost.

Working at AutoZone
I used to work at AutoZone but not anymore. Ever since this new crew was hired. I have been humilated, put down even in front of customers. I have always tried to get along with anyone. I do know for a fact that one employee in particular created their own overtime without the permission of the manager. He never did anything about either situation. There has been 2 customers that have a complaint about the employee but the manager has done nothing about it. I will not work in that kind of environment.

I placed an online order on 02/09/2026 and picked it up at the store address listed on the website. At pickup, I was given the wrong battery charger — the clamps were completely different from what I ordered. Unfortunately, I noticed this only on my way home.
I immediately returned to the store to exchange or return the item. The charger was taken back without any issue, but my money was NOT refunded. Instead, I was told that the correct charger would be ready for pickup the next day by 9:00 AM.
Today, after work, I came back to the store — and guess what?
No charger. No refund. No solution.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I am left without the product I paid for and without my money. Terrible communication, broken promises, and zero accountability. This experience wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress.

Аggressive non-employees are regularly present near the entrance and parking area, approaching customers and pushing unauthorized services. Although these individuals are not AutoZone employees, they operate openly on the premises with no apparent intervention from store management.
After I politely declined one of these individuals, he began shouting, whistling, and ultimately insulted me using a vulgar term in Spanish. This occurred in the store’s parking lot, an area where customers should reasonably expect a safe and respectful environment. No staff member or manager took any action.
This situation creates a hostile and unsafe atmosphere for customers and raises serious concerns about customer safety and potential liability. The lack of response suggests that this behavior is being ignored or implicitly tolerated by store management.
I expect AutoZone to maintain a safe environment for its customers. I strongly urge corporate leadership to review this location and take immediate corrective action.
Awesome manager Murat at store 3432
I give you a three star because of the return process. I had purchased an item that needed to be returned they told me to go to the store with my order number and that was it. I get to the store and there was more needed than just the order number. The wonderful manager Murat at store number 3432 in Colorado Springs was amazing at walking through the phone call to get the information needed to do the return even though he had a store full of people and no one really to take care of them but himself. His patience was nothing less than stellar. He has done an amazing job turning that store around from what it was previously. Great job Murat at store 3432 :-)
Horrible Service
Horrible Service in the store located at 2149 Airline Road, Corpus Christi, Tx, 78414. I went to the store on Monday Feb 02, 2026, to use the warranty for my defective battery and the "teen" so called Manager dismissed my claim because, as per her professional and expert opinion, the Battery tested good. I had explained to her that overnight I disconnected the battery from the car (to avoid Parasitic Draw), and in the next morning the battery doesn't have enough power to crank the starter motor, and I have to jump the car with my other car, and it started right away. She continued, as a broken record, claiming that the battery is good, because the tester says so, for your information of course it tested good after being charge by the alternator, you can't test self-drainage with that tool. Please contract qualified technicians that understand how cars functions and are able to troubleshoot with the information provided by the client.
Then I went to the store located on 4053 Saratoga Blvd, 78413, and explained my problem to the Knowledgeable manager at that store, and right away she swaps the battery without any drama.
Now my car is starting right away. Thanks to the Professional service provided by the manager at the store located on 4053 Saratoga Blvd, 78413

All his solutions began with "NO", CAN'T, and "SORRY".....all while "jerking" and smiling!
