I’m afraid I experienced very poor…

I’m afraid I experienced very poor customer service. The skip I ordered wasn’t delivered on the requested date having waited in all day. Had to phone to be told it was coming the next day. Duly arrived, broke a manhole cover in the process. Was informed it was being dealt with but to date no response.

However, on this occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to complete your delivery on the requested day and instead delivered early the following morning.

My customers have repeatedly commented on his cheery disposition. To sum it up hes an asset to your company. Five stars all the way.

Waste Bag

Empty bag was delivered the following morning after I ordered it and when filled was collected the morning after I requested removal.

Very good service, have used them before and would recommend.

Super company to deal with

Really friendly, really supportive and very professional office and delivery staff. A very efficient and good value service. It feels very rare to find a business like this, where people are genuinely the real thing, and really great at doing what they do. Thank you.

Needed another tonne of topsoil which was expertly delivered with pinpoint precision in a tricky gateway by Darren. Great to deal with someone with skill, common sense and a smile
