Easy to order, delivery quick and driver was friendly and helpful

Quick delivery, good product

They were very helpful with what i was looking for and kept me updated with my order.

Have used AVS quite a few times this year. Very helpful and friendly staff, prices are good and if they haven’t got what you want happy to find you an alternative.

First of all they called to say they no longer sold the items that I'd ordered, despite them still being on their website and them still taking my money for them. So I accepted the alternative that they offered me, they refunded the difference but I'm still waiting for delivery despite being told it would be with me last week.

Excellent service, I ordered 2 sleepers for delivery, but went down with Covid-19, the team at Basingstoke were fantastic, and held my order until I recovered fully.

Oh and the sleepers are top quality too!

Terrible customer service, passed round by email to telephones that don’t get answered - just to get a delivery date ? No date given and delivery instructions not followed - panels delivered to wrong place making a massive job of getting them where they were asked to be delivered to !!!

Excellent service from ordering to collection

Ordered 2.4M softwood sleepers - green treated.
Guy that delivered was concerned about leaving the eight sleepers too near to the road - so he stacked them near the rear of my Bungalow - about 50 feet down my drive. Excellent service. Above & beyond.

Ordered items on line for following days collection. Good quality materials. Not a bad price. Staff in reception and yard were all excellent.

I am a newbie fencer after storm Eunice, trying to save myself a bit of money and to DIY. AVS Basingstoke are incredibly helpful and the customer service was outstanding when they corrected my wrong ordering. Would totally recommend this 5 star company.

Disappointed with the quality of soil not 100% sure I got what I paid for. I’ve had a lot better from another supplier wish I’d gone back to them.

The products purchased were of extremely good quality with a more than reasonable price considering import issues and world events. The customer delivery team were very tentative to my specific needs and made the delivery process really easy. Can wait to use them again for future DIY projects. Highly recommend!!!

Timely, friendly, and courteous throughout. I ordered 20 heavy sleepers and the delivery driver carried them all onto my garden without complaint.
