This is my third order from AVS in Peterborough they always provide a very efficient service and the guys that work there are always very helpful with any technical questions etc. recommend them to anyone whether it be trade or private

Good customer service and excellent driver.

I ordered a raised bed sleeper kit with additional sleepers. Everything arrived as described and I had the exact amount of soil needed to fill the space.
I was called the day after placing the order to confirm the delivery date, and was called the day before delivery as well to give me an estimated time of delivery. All staff I spoke to were very helpful.

I was particularly impressed with the delivery driver. I live down a very narrow, overgrown track - it was only just wider than the delivery truck - and he navigated this, in reverse with considerable skill and patience.

Great product. There was a delay delivering due to a driver going sick. They could have called to let me and others awaiting goods know, however, they pulled out all the stops to get me my stones as soon as they could. Overall very pleased with the product. Thanks.

Excellent service from AVS from order to on time delivery

The order was a long time coming but that was not AVS fault that was due to a shortage of fence posts the important thing was that the company kept me informed throughout.

Ordered 120 ‘Buff Brown’ stones, expected to get 120 of the same ‘Buff Brown’ stones - no get sent a mixture of colours, one of which is not an option on the website.

Email the contact us to explain different colours to be told it is sandstone and will be different and they will update the website.

It certainly wasn’t made clear and we’ve now got a mixture of colours which wasn’t the plan for what we wanted to use the stones for.

Would recommend to double check what you are buying as we put our faith in the website being accurate and it isn’t.

Products were good and staff were helpful, just unfortunate that delivery was a day later than planned and one item was incorrect but swapped and redelivered without issue.

2 days for a gravel board, called me twice in between, can't ask for more.

Travis Perkins was more expensive and 26 week delivery time.

Order was delivered as promised despite difficult times.

Brilliant delivery staff, wall shed and garden boxes that fitted together easily with great assembly instructions, what a shame that all companies aren’t as easy on their customers. Top marks!
