Slightly confusing online experience (it wasn't obvious I needed to check stock levels in the branch before ordering). But it was quickly sorted out online, and the people at the Worthing Branch were fantastic.

Clear and easy to use website, competitively priced materials, fast delivery on the date requested. Excellent service, will use again.

Ordered reclaimed sleepers for a customers job, took just over 2 weeks to arrive. Phoned twice and was told different delivery dates.
Apart from that they are good sleepers and good price

The best quality fencing and great selection

I ordered 2 concrete spurs to repair fence posts damaged in the recent storms. I also ordered metal bolts to go with them.
AVS contacted me to advise me that a different size bolt would be better. On the day that the items were due to be delivered, the driver phoned me to say he would be with me in about 20 minutes. He actually arrived about 25 minutes later but we won't quibble about that.
Excellent service all round.

Disappointed as I required 4 bags of postcret to go with my other materials and I was told out of stock. On arrival to collect my other materials, I saw 1.5 pallets of postcret!

I changed my order after it had been placed which was dealt with efficiently.
Quality fence panels - twice the weight of the cheap and nasties at the big DIY stores. If you are self fitting you need two people because of the weight.

Very friendly helpful staff and great product.
