I am among 200 employees in AximTrade who never received their salary for 2 months. We have been also waiting for our bonus from last year for over 8 months. The management always comes up with excuses and delays. They failed to pay for their own staff and have had delays with client withdrawals. The customer support team is suffering with all the requests from angry clients. The company's investor in Manila doesn't care about the employees and treat us badly. We also heard rumors that the Singaporean CEO disappeared.

A complete waste of time if you think this is a legit company all they want you to do is pay a huge fee into them and make you think your making profits but when it’s time to fulfill their end in meeting up with what you’ve earned you get turned into a criminal and denied access to withdrawal very common with this company I was a victim but luckily I knew what a scam was like and I contacted a company for help which they did and got back every penny that was invested. I have been with Aximtrade since 2020. But recently the withdrawal took longer than expected. I know they performed well before as the longest time to get the money was 1 hour. Deposited were fluent as usual because we were funding brokers, right? There are other brokers too which have better service such as GMI, FBS, XM, JM, etc. Once been letdown and knowingly how forex brokers doing in Malaysia, a red flag is a must then.

I recently opened a trading account with AximTrade and started trading with the hope of making some profits during news event.

However, to my surprise, the broker's risk management team contacted me, accusing me of using latency arbitrage techniques during news release and active scalping, which they claimed was a violation of their Terms and Conditions. As a result, they decided to cancel my trading results amounting to $1,347.00.

I would like to emphasize that I did not engage in any latency arbitrage or prohibited trading techniques. I made all my trades in good faith and without any intention to violate the broker's rules. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and request the withdrawal of my initial investment, the broker has been uncooperative and denied my request.

I feel deeply disappointed and unfairly treated by AximTrade. The lack of understanding and support from their risk management team has left me with a negative experience, and I would advise potential traders to be cautious when considering using this broker's services.

I hope my complaint on Trustpilot will help raise awareness about the unjust treatment I received from AximTrade and prevent others from facing similar issues in the future.

DO NOT TRADE WITH AXIMTRADE
I started as in IB with them in behalf of a channel in telegram called FOREX HEIST, we was introducing them a lot of clients everyday, and also we was providing a strategy in there copy trading server to be followed, but in two times they made us loss money because they saw that we want to withdraw part of it, first time they changed the free margin so they obligated us to close our trades and the second one, on Friday 10/03/2023 they had a server shutdown for 15 hours and that provoked us a big loss, they said that they will refund us but they never did and we was waiting for them for 6 days till they decide finally to not send us any refund, and the problem is that the drawdown in our account was 50% and before the market opening in Sunday they took all the money from our account and when we asked them they said that it was just a server restart and we will have our money back but like always they never did.
In few words, the broker is a scammer and they still people's money with all the options they have.
By the way the amount of money is 300 USD for us and 1500 USD for our followers which is not a considerable amount for a broker.

I have all the documents that prove my words are correct.
They took 350 of my profits from me and refused to send the withdrawal.

[SCAM EXCHANGE CORNER] - Aximtrade (AximTrade Pty Limited) is an exchange from Singapore but does not operate in Singapore.

The CEO, Kelvin Tang , has been unresponsive and has not returned my money despite several days of negotiation. I suspect that the exchange is trying to delay the process to run away with my money.

The Country Manager in Vietnam, Henry Phan, has been unhelpful, unsupportive, and has provided inaccurate information. He has also deleted all of his information to cover his tracks and has removed the support group.

My account is valid because it contains the funds I deposited, not the interest. I have requested that the exchange provide data on my deposits, but they have refused to provide information, claiming a shortage of VND liquidity as an excuse for delaying the withdrawal.

Aximtrade is broker scam in viet nam .

i have deposited 100k usd into aximtrade .
I have been trading at aximtrade for 2 months.
when i withdraw , they only let me withdraw 30k .
then they did not let me withdraw the remaining amount .

I ask aximtrade to provide the reason. they said that there is not enough vietnam dong to pay .

and i have to wait 2 months to withdraw .
I spoke to the directors Kelvin and Ridz . They said to wait , and I waited another week .

result : I could not withdraw my money , and the exchange asked to delete my account .

Using the function of follower and incuring a loss in my account while the follower account showing growth.
Broker is just sucking money out from you and please beware.

Worst verification not a good broker u can find others good

I am glad to be one of the AximTrade trader, the deposit and withdrawal time frame is mostly instant and to get verified the account is so faster within a day which is giving me more comfortable, the spread is low compared to other brokers which I have ever seen, I will be highly recommended AximTrade to current and future traders as this is not a scam trading platform.

I will give 5 stars to this broker because they provide a lot of promotions especially the free bonus for new traders. I love their customer service.

Member of aximtrade for more 2year. easy withdrawal and deposit method especially when withdrawal is allowed even on weekends and money will be credited to the account within few mins or few hours. I have even suggested some of my friends to join under my referral code, so i can get the rebate. Which is a win-win situation for me and also for my friends who are happy using aximtrade. Also need to mention the helpful support team as well, who are very professional and knowledgeable in what they are doing. Overall a very good experience. So far i have only good things to share about them. What i like most is easy way to deposit and withdraw, especially when withdrawal is allowed even on weekends and money will be credited to the account within few mins or few hours tops.Very good broker.

Just stared with them and their cs has been supporting me a lot. Their deposit and withdrawal process was fast also.
