Toni is amazing as a personal trainer. From the very beginning, she created a fully personalised programme tailored to my goals, fitness level, and any limitations I had. Every session is purposeful, structured, and designed specifically for me and never boring!

Toni champions a judgement-free environment. No matter where you’re starting from, you feel supported, respected, and encouraged. I had not exercised in years and that level of understanding made it so much easier to stay consistent and push myself.

Toni knows exactly when to challenge you and when to adjust, always paying close attention to form and progress. I’ve seen real improvements in my strength, confidence, and overall fitness.

I don't even use this company for anything and they continue to take 50 out of my bank account. I emailed once they said they would cancel my subscription they DIDNT and keep taking my money and now no one will respond to my email!
