Honestly I think my favourite company to buy from.
The product range is amazing and so varied.
The customer service is fabulous - had something very minor wrong with a recent order, their response by email was very fast, polite and they were very helpful about replacing the item and sent it out the same day.
I definitely recommend BabiPur

Babipur consistently go out of their way to provide exceptional service including helping to replace lost parts from toys or water bottle tops chewed by dogs!
The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and really try to get to know their customers.
And it's great to know that everything is ethically sourced too!

Placed lots of orders with Babipur and the customer service is always outstanding. Even for them answering questions in social media.

Can place an order on a weekend and have it by Tuesday. Always amazing.

The products are all beautiful and the team are quick to help of there are any problems or things arrive broken, etc.

I placed an order for eco living dish brush replacement heads. Payment was taken when it went through but I have received no notification email acknowledging the order. Tried to email, no reply. Tried to phone, nobody is answering. Can you please get back to me? I appreciate you may not work weekends but you don't need to be working to send out an automated email to acknowledge an order. This makes it look like you have taken the money without any intention of sending anything out.

I had a question about the stock level of a product. Anne in the customer service team responded very quickly. Advising me about the product and answering a question I had about my voucher. The item I want is currently out of stock but Anne advised me how I can get a notification as soon as it's available and has even asked that it's put on the next order. So far I'm very impressed. Hopefully I'll be able to place my order soon.

I've always liked using Babipur but recently they demonstrated just what a progressive and thoughtful company they really are. It's a long complex story but in short a parcel for a family member wrongly ended with them. They went to lots of effort to discover that the parcel was linked to me and then reposted to it's correct destination free of charge. Thank you Babipur!!!!

This company recently ran an offer but a glitch in the system meant that when the offer was applied the free postage on a £40 basket disappeared.
A quick email to Team BP and it was sorted, they honoured the discount, despite being after the offer had finished.

Amazing choice of beautiful clothes, toys, ethical skincare, homeware etc - with good price range so you can really find things for any occasion and for any budget. Babipur customer service is always on point. Today, I emailed to add something to my order that I'd forgotten. Sion held my order back and assisted me in adding the small item I'd forgotten before it was sent to save me paying postage! Always polite, courteous and nothing is EVER too much trouble!

I absolutely love this independent business! It is so wonderful to have such an impressive collection of ethically sourced goods, particularly when it comes to children's toys. On the rare occasion I've needed to speak with the customer service team, they have been nothing but completely understanding and helpful when it comes to resolving the issue.
The only problem with Babipur is you may find you get a tad addicted to purchasing from there, like I have! 🤩

I ordered some beautiful jute and seagrass placemats and coasters from Babipur, which I'm delighted with. Unfortunately, one of the mats had a slight fault so I emailed Babipur and they responded super quickly and said they would send out a replacement straight away. Fantastic customer service, I will definitely be using this company again!

I cannot rate Babipur highly enough. From such excellent customer service to such fast postage times. Beautiful products, beautiful company. What’s not to love. ❤️
