I had a slight problem with an item in my order, I emailed BabiPur to discuss this, they came straight back to advise me what to do. I have found them to be extremely helpful every step of the way.

Ordered goods on 10/12/2025 and had them delivered from UK to my home in Ireland within 2 days.
Absolutely great service during the busy Christmas season.
Products are excellent.

My children have grown up and have truly loved toys, games, drinks bottles, clothes we’ve bought from Babipur. it’s a joy to return to Babipur now we have a granddaughter. So many wonderful, ethically considerate and thoughtfully chosen products.
Deliveries are quick, really beautifully packaged but without thoughtless waste or plastic packaging and over the years the Babipur team have always been so helpful.

An easy way to shop ethically and eco friendly for toys, the home and more - they have done all the work of sourcing the best you can get and offer it at the best price compared to other similar shops.
Stocks a fabulous range of products for all ages.
Customer service is one of the best I have experienced - answer any questions with no fuss, updates orders at a last minute request and I'm also aware they have a good returns period.
Have a generous loyalty scheme which gives back the more you give them - with this in mind they have a great selection of honest real babipur customer reviews on alot if their products making it easier to judge what you would like to buy yourself.
Have a lovely hangout group in Facebook where you can access sneak peaks and discounts from the warehouse. You can even ask questions like can you compare the size of two cups and they come back with the info for all to see!

I bought some clothes a size up from my daughter's age and they didn't fit at all even though. She is not big in the slightest in fact she is the shortest girl in her year but ended up having to go two sizes up. Only issue I have in the extra £10 I have now had to pay in postage to fix undersized clothes. The clothes are great just seriously check sizes before you order and if in doubt 2 different sizes to save on return and re postage fees

I love the range of products on Babipur, it's so hard to find ethical kids toys and clothes all in one place. Plus there is so much more! The customer service is also fantastic - everyone I spoke to was so kind and helpful. Will most definitely be shopping here again!

Fantastic customer service from a lovely company! We had an issue with a broken toy but the BabiPur team replaced it straight away with no fuss. A really positive experience all round, thank you! :-)

I've been shopping at Babipur since my little one was a few months old, I discovered them while trying to find eco friendly toys and organic clothing. They have the best quality selection for both and I've discovered so many excellent brands through this store. Recently I bought an outfit I had wanted for a long time in a hurry as I forgot to buy it earlier to get it in time for a photoshoot. I am not organised with my neurodiverse brain and did not notice that I had selected a delivery that would not get there in time but made a note to say that I was keen to get it before Monday. Luckily I did at least write that and they got in touch with me and swiftly helped me to get this all in time! On top of that they helped me with sizing because I chose a size I wasn't sure of either! Everything came in time and they were ever so lovely with taking care of my order. I seriously cannot recommend Babipur enough! My favourite store!

Absolutely first-rate customer service!

I had a Patagonia fleece that needed repair and the Babipur team handled it from start to finish. Always friendly, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Babipur is my one stop shop for pretty much all things needed for my toddler. Not only are their ethics incredible and brands they stock so carefully chosen but their customer service is amazing which always keeps me going back. They go over and above to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any problems timely and with care and attention. Their communication has always been fab, every single time. Can’t rate these guys any more!

The best play food I’ve ever found - daughter is going to love these at Christmas!

I bought my granddaughters a Patagonia hat which was available at a competitive price. They arrived swiftly and when they arrive I realised that one of the hats was the wrong size. My fault. The whole process of getting the hat exchanged was so straightforward and quick. Annie’s customer service was excellent. It is so refreshing to speak to a company who are genuinely customer focused and passionate about what they do. I will always recommend Babipur to friends and family.

I wanted to purchase my son and daughter an Oli Ella doll for Christmas. Unfortunately Sugarpie Cosy Dinkum was out of stock on Olli Ella. I was pleasantly surprised to find this lovely stockist who had a wonderful selection of dolls and exactly what I was looking for! Super quick turn around too. Just opened them up and they are perfect. Thank you!

First time I have used BabiPur and I am very impressed both with the quality of the product but more so with their exceptional customer service. It is so nice (but unfortunately not very common) for a company to actually reply to your queries personally and very quickly. It is also great that you can return an item (it was too big) and they will just exchange it for you as opposed to having to get a refund and then re-order. Will definitely use them again 😃

I have made a few purchases from Babipur and each time, the service has been exceptional. The products we have purchased have been wonderful, not only in terms of quality but aesthetically and environmentally. The wonderful team couldn’t be more helpful and packages are shipped (and arrive) really quickly.

Disappointed with Product & Service
Ordered the Grimm’s Large Stepped Pyramid from Badipur and was really let down. The toy arrived with cracks and poor quality control. Customer service was hard to reach, and although they offered me a 20% discount instead of a bulky replacement, they never actually processed it. I had to raise a dispute through Shopify, and even then Badipur asked me to close the case before refunding—which Shopify advised against.

Overall: poor quality, poor follow-through, and no refund. I won’t be buying from them again.

Great company. Always receive prompt delivery and they have a very helpful customer service. Rare to find companies you can genuinely trust these days

I ordered 4 gift sets of Billes and Co marbles. When they arrived; one of the sets was burst open with damaged marbles loose in the outer packaging. I took some photos and emailed them to Babipur and within minutes; I had a reply with options to rectify. Within a couple of days, the faulty set had been uplifted from my house for free and a new set delivered. Amazing customer service! My children are getting their marbles for their Christmas so I am yet to see how they are but they looked beautiful! Thank you!

Fantastic customer service!
I accidentally ordered a T-shirt in the wrong size and only noticed when I received the confirmation email. I contacted the company straight away by phone and message, and they changed the order to the correct size without any issues. I believe it was Anne who helped me – she was brilliant! I wish customer service was always this good.
