Staff are always amazing this is my second pregnancy that we have used baby ultrasound Prestatyn and everytime we have had an amazing experience, especially the lady on the reception who every time is great!

Been coming here for 2 pregnancies lovely place lovely staff always feel welcome local too currently booking in for early gender scan very good prices with offers on constantly so even better

I’ve had 2 scans so far at the Bolton clinic and both times the staff have been so professional and helpful. The sonographers are so friendly and answer any questions you have. As a first time mum, I highly recommend.

We have been here all throughout our pregnancy (now 30 weeks) and have always had a positive experience! the 4D scan pictures were so clear!

I have had multiple scans with baby ultrasound clinic, they were so friendly and made me feel so relaxed. I’ve booked for another scan in April to find out the gender of my second baby because of how wonderful they are 🫶🏼

Attended a gender scan on Tuesday the staff was so lovely nothing was rush and they made sure i had plenty of time to see all of baby x

My sister went for her private scan last month. She was told its a girl. We went and bought some baby girl clothes etc.. last week she had a nhs scan and was told its a boy! they should have experienced staff especially if they are private and charge money!

A inhumane organisation with zero integrity or compassion.
The original appointment was cancelled for staffing reasons, to rearrange and confirm the text message was not a scam it took several calls and chasing.

Now to the crooks of my review, following the rebooking we then received devastating news that’s our screening results for chromosomes test had come back as high risk for major health risks and I would be offered a diagnostic test, this was yet to be arranged but as a couple we were in shock and didn’t feel comfortable to continue with finding the babies gender and what was going to be a happy exciting time. So we explained the situation as was open about our uncertainty of the pregnancy and if it was going to last. We felt it was right to let the organisation know we would be cancelling in advance so the appointment and time wouldn’t be wasted. Given we had pre-paid and had so many things to think about, it was considerate of us to do this.

Didn’t hear a single word back, no acknowledgment, no response what so ever. We think this is horrendous and particularly given this area of profession.
Utterly shameful and disgusting.

Really disappointed with this scan clinic. We were misgendered and told the wrong gender during an early 15 week scan. I’ve since emailed multiple times to raise a complaint and have had no response at all. Poor communication and lack of accountability for what should be a very sensitive service. Stay clear of this place, the cheaper prices clearly reflect the services they offer!

Booked an appointment to attend the Leeds Clinic, but when I arrived I was told the clinic didn't even exist. Rang and emailed head office, only for the man to say "we'll try and give you a refund"?!
Horrible experience. Majorly disapointed and yet to receive my refund.

they say you can get an early gender scan from 14 weeks but i was almost 17 weeks and they got it wrong! waste of money i’ve also emailed asking for information and after a week still no reply. Don’t recommend whatsoever. only 2 weeks later it was a clear boy NOT a girl like they told me.

I attended The Baby Ultrasound Clinic for an early scan at Huddersfield to check that my baby was okay and to get reassurance. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling more anxious rather than reassured.

During the scan, the sonographer repeatedly focused on my ovaries, which was not my concern or the reason for my visit. I had booked to confirm my baby’s wellbeing (gestational sac, fetal pole and dating), but this was not clearly explained to me at the time. The lack of clear communication meant I left feeling uncertain and worried.

When I raised my concerns with the clinic, I received apologies and was told that the scan met their internal protocols. However, this did not address the fact that the service failed to provide me with the reassurance I had booked and paid for. While I understand that they are now looking at improving staff training, this was not helpful for the scan I had.

I am disappointed with my experience and would not return. I hope that in the future the clinic provides clearer communication so that patients leave with confidence and reassurance rather than anxiety.
