L'agence Brachmann&Brachmann (Gestlife) a répondu a mes attentes pour avoir un fils par gestation pour autrui. Ils ont été les meilleurs en tout moment à mes questions
Tout a été clair et détailler dans leur programme honnêtement et je n'ai pas hésité un seul moment pour signer le contrat.
Tous le personnel de Gestlife est formidable en particulier Yannick.

Incompetent dans leur travail.
Refusent les garanties sans justification.
Renvoient les appareils en oubliant des accessoires et après accuse le client
Demandent 50 franc pour un devis sans même demonter le telephone.

Avoid at all costs. They don't answer to phone calls, emails, not even letters. Out of several emails I maybe received a line of reply in average, and for the rest nothing.

My phone was under warranty, but they refused to repair due to a ridiculous excuse. It had an internal electronic part malfunctioning. They found something and they said it it might be proof of a mechanical damage. I found this nonsense, but I had no chance of even communicating with them. They decided, and I had nowhere to go or nothing to say.

They even broke the back glass and didn't replace it, only to look inside! They sent it back to me with the broken glass parts in an envelope.
They wanted to charge me 50+ chf for sending the phone back without repair. After a series of complaints I could get my device back without paying. It took them three weeks and a broken glass.
Again, while the device was under the manufacturer's warranty.

I don't understand how a company can function like this. I sincerely hope they go out of business very soon.

Musste ein defektes Samsung Gerät einsenden. Zuerst ging es lange bis mal eine Antwort kam und dann senden sie einen Kostenvoranschlag der die Kosten eines neuen Geräts übersteigt. Das Rücksenden des defekten Geräts hat auch hohe Kosten verursacht. Hände weg.
