Backersinfo レビュー

Within nine business days of running one email campaign, I received my first Kickstarter backer. Thank you to Chloe for the immaculate communication and work!

Working with Chloe and her team has been an exceptional experience. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating with my Kickstarter campaign, "Help Bring Pixel Peppers' Retro Hot Sauces to Life!" Their efforts in promoting the campaign to potential backers were instrumental in reaching our goals.

The attention to detail throughout the process was impressive. From crafting targeted emails to ensuring that every aspect of the promotion was on point, they demonstrated a deep understanding of our needs and delivered results that exceeded our expectations.

If you’re looking for a partner that’s not only professional but also genuinely invested in your success, I highly recommend their services. Their support has been invaluable in bringing my project to life.

This is my first time using Backersinfo and any service like it, and I have to be honest: I've received a positive return on my investment. The team took the time and care to listen to my needs and designed spot-on email templates. I appreciate their transparency in showing me the performance of the email campaigns and their honesty on all levels. I highly recommend Backersinfo for your next project. I had great success using it on my Kickstarter comic book project, Gary Gorilla. Shout out to Chloe, Kassandra and Tim!

Working with Backerinfo was not only cost-effective, it was easy to do! The staff is very responsive, and made sure to pass all information by me so I would have final say on the ads going out. I got metrics delivered to me after the campaign and I think it really helped my success. I'm using them again this year!

I'm terrible at building Email lists. But those attract the majority of my backers. Backerinfo is a great solution for those creators.
The problem I have with most promoters is a lack of transparency. Backerinfo provides a list of people they approach and have guaranteed KS accounts.

Backersinfo makes the difference. After launching our Kickstarter campaign "LUKE - The world's first care label remover," dozens of agencies offered us their support. We tried some of them... Backersinfo stood out from all of them: extremely efficient, genuinely personal, collaborative definition of target audiences, very transparent communication, and perfect ROI. Thank you very much. As someone who is absolutely awful at social media and digital marketing, the team at Backersinfo does an amazing and extremely thorough job at bringing attention to my kickstarter campaign (The Fantasy Canines Tarot Deck) out in into the world and help get the world out. Oh! the communication from the team members at Backersinfo are amazing too. They keep me updated by sending emails which allows me to see activity that goes on with the campaign! I worked with them not only on this project but also on past projects as well. It's a really great value! I'll definitely will be using their amazing services for more projects! *thumbs up!*^_^ - Chris Lee of Tarotofwonders.com

Fantastic Team. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I came across many services however Backers Info pricing was affordable. I went ahead with the $50 plan. Fram drafting email template to filtering target specific backers, Backers Info is definitely the best for kickstarter promotions. Chloe was fabulous. She went above and beyond all times, from suggesting sample backers list and then bringing backers for our project. These are the experts you want on your side. They know the process to get you there.

It’s well worth the money for their target specific services. I hight recommend to fellow kickstarter creators!

Great team of people working here. They reached out to me towards the end of my project and the results were immediate.

It's the first time i worked with Backersinfo together for my second Kickstarter Campaign "The Adventures of Mister Burgerman". Chloe and her Team are helping me in every way to get my kickstarter campaign to succeed. They communicate very well, in detail and quickly and answer all my questions. I am very satisfied and assume that my campaign will be successful.

Great experience with Backersinfo for Kickstarter newsletter! Genuinely helpful team that is willing to go the extra mile to make it work!

Open and consistent communication that's what makes working with BackersInfo worth it.
I used them for one of my Kickstarter campaigns (Nira X: Reborn) and they did a great job of getting the campaign out there (thought by the time I came to them the project was already funded). So when I needed a lot of assistance with my newest campaign "Tales From the Asylum" (campaign ends on Dec 27, 2023!) I went to BackersInfo. Their team helped me put together a streamlined marketing campaign and they were open with who and how many accounts/people they would be able to market to on my behalf. I had hoped for more people and they worked with me to ensure that my project was a tight as possible. My current campaign is still in the works but I do feel that they had a strong part in getting the project in front of as many eyes as possible.

This company is outstanding! They helped me get my Kickstarter campaign out to backers. They communicated with me at least twice a day. They are dependable and a joy to work with, and I will totally use their services again and probably again. I would suggest to try them out, and experience their first class service for yourself.

BackersInfo.org is a fantastic service for Kickstarter campaigns! The support I received was incredibly quick and helpful. They provided me with a well-crafted email template that they promptly sent out on my behalf. The results were impressive, bringing in new backers and giving my project the boost it needed. I'm grateful for their assistance and highly recommend BackersInfo.org to fellow Kickstarter creators. Great service!

Backers Info offered me a free taster of their marketing efforts for my indiegogo campaign. They managed to get 5 completed sales. So I am happy with their service and will use it again.

The team is great at what they do. We've used them multiple times for our campaigns and they have delivered every time.

They have good communication, and Follow up. They gather information and try to align your campaign with the best backer odds/interests, instead of just shooting in the dark. They show you sample emails to be approved before send off and do a good job with follow up and showing you what the conversion rates are (opened emails, links clicked etc). I think it's worth it if you are unsure where to start or want to let someone else handle marketing for you. It's helped me with my Cherry Blossom Axolotl Kickstarter.

That BackersInfo could not secure any backing for my websites had more to do with the websites than the efforts of Backersinfo. The best that can be said about a business is, when the effort does not succeed as expected, the business honors its written policy about refunds. To their credit, the folks at Backersinfo honored their commitment to me.

A very professional staff. I was regularly updated by email by one agent, who let me know constantly what has been done and what would be done. A very good service

We have been very happy with Backers Info service. Our relationship manager, Amy Crothers was very easy to work with. The entire team was impressive at managing my project and they were knowledgeable at every phase of the project. Their detailed, communicative, and transparent approach ensures a smooth collaboration. Especially Backers Info’s Plain text email campaign produced higher opens and clicks than other agencies I worked with. They’ve gone above and beyond my expectations.
