I ordered a liner and accessories from this company. They did not send all of the items I ordered and will not respond in any way for multiple months. Don’t waste your money ordering anything from them!

I messaged this company from Canada looking for a 10x14 oval pool liner, which is an extremely rare size. The customer service thought they had one in but were out of stock and I was told that they no longer carry this size. When I explained that our pool is sunk into the ground and we could not change pool size. The customer service said they would contact the pool maker and see if they could have one made for me. I was doubtful. I was messaged back within a day saying yes and it would be the same price and they would have it shipped from the factory!!!!! How great is that. Now we can all enjoy our pool again this summer. In this time of a pandemic, it was extremely helpful for Backyard Ciy Pools to go out of their way. I would have never know who to contact to get my liner. Your service was above and beyond!!!!!

Don't know what it takes to get an answer from this company, Ordered a pool cover 2 weeks ago, never got a confirmation on order so I called, person who answered checked and said they were having a problem with the computers but insured me the items were in stock and he would make sure they shipped, also told me he would sent confirmation which I never received. After 5 days called again, not to mention you have to call 3-4 times before someone answers, you can leave a message but that does not work either, Telephoned again, same deal, items in stock, he was going out to check what was going on shipping, he promised a return call but that never happened. This item was a pool cover and its 10/17, will try to cancel order but that might be a problem too.

I will recommend their service, there was a slight hiccup, but all was well in the end.

I had never ordered online before. The experience went smooth and my product arrived quickly. I will definately order from them again.
