Order #1114 – No Delivery, No Refund, No Response
I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Baggy London.
Order #1114: My bag was initially held at customs and then returned to the sender on April 4th. I contacted customer support and clearly requested a refund. Instead, I was told the bag would be reshipped.
However, to this day, nothing has arrived. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was never provided with a new tracking link. At this point, I seriously doubt that a second shipment was ever sent.
What’s even more frustrating is that I was initially promised a refund — and now my messages are being completely ignored.
On top of that, there isn’t even a proper customer service email address available. I’ve had to reach out via TikTok and other social media channels just to get any kind of response, which is honestly unacceptable for a business.
This is not how customers should be treated. There is a clear lack of transparency, reliability, and communication. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here.
