I have previously bought my husband and son a Bailey bracelet and both absolutely love them! The bracelets are beautiful and unique, part of where we live and the service from Adele and team is superb! I recently bought 2 beads for my friends birthday and was helped by Adele to get the right colour combination! Needless to say my friend LOVES the beads for her bracelet and I once again am impressed by the comms and quality of the product! 10/10 FABULOUS! 😁

Very pleased with the service received on my 2nd purchase. I lot of the designs I really don't like, but those I do, I like a lot. The necklaces are the best with lovely chunky clasps and being steel, they don't tarnish. Love the eco beads too - got one for my 50th birthday on a 22' chain and I never take it off. I'd like to see some more bracelet designs - I don't like the current range but would love a British steel bracelet. I've not had to return anything or deal with customer services, my purchases have all gone without a hitch.
