Balfe's Bikes - Gatwick Home Delivery レビュー 

Previously had a decent ordering service for tyres. However this occasion (via the cycle to work scheme) has been a nightmare. I ordered a bike and accessories - it’s been almost two months and it’s not all been delivered yet. I’ve had to chase constantly by phone to be told that there’s no reason why it couldn’t be dispatched - only to be told that it hadn’t been dispatched and they were unsure why. Initially it was blamed on one of the accessories being out of stock, so I repeatedly asked for the rest to be dispatched without that part. Eventually I was told (after chasing) the bike had a faulty part from Giant, so they had to order a new part which delayed the build. I was not kept informed and the fact I’m still waiting for the accessories is so disappointing. If it wasn’t a cycle to work order I would have cancelled it and ordered somewhere else. I also raised a formal complaint by email and haven’t received a response. It’s been really disappointing from what I hoped to have been a reliable independent shop.

Nice experience, kept well informed of delivery. Bike came well packed in a huge box. Great delivery team, called fifteen minutes before delivery. Unpacked no damage all bits n bobs in a box plus pedals. Recommended.👍🏻

Cannot be bothered with a good customer service appears to be Balfes attitude after ordering a simple jersey online that took near three weeks to arrive with no updates or communication as to why it was taking so long.

Made two separate orders, both listed as in stock. My first order took 14 days from date of purchase to arrive and was only processed and shipped when I contacted the company asking where my order was. No explanation for delay. My second order is also delayed, hasn't even been updated to processed after the date it's meant to have been sent. After chasing the order up found out items aren't actually in stock and so might get posted early September, despite being purchased mid august. Gloves from first order arrived in good condition and customer service have been polite and apologetic, but I am extremely disappointed with the overall service.

More prompt delivery or notification of delays/stock issues would be appreciated.

Very good company to deal with great prices great service highly recommended.
Will make this company for choice for future purchases.

2nd bike I have purchased from these guys & Girls. Communications are good and the delivery driver is very good.

Good price and quick delivery

Ordered tyres & tubeless sealant on a Sunday. Was advised the shipment was sent on Monday via 48 hour courier but by Thursday nothing had arrived nor any details available on tracking.

Contacted Balfe’s and was advised there was an error with my order and it must be recreated. Was told it would be shipped priority and delivered next day. It was not however and arrived the following day.

While I got the items I ordered, the requirement to chase the original order and then failure to deliver when committed means I must give Balfe’s 1 star.

Chris and Ben in customer support were very helpful … the monitoring of my new bikes status was excellent up until despatch an excellent again once it was placed on to delivery ( it fell down a bit in between as there were4 days when I didn’t know what was happening. Chris and Ben were very helpfull during this gap) Ian delivered the bike and was excellent in advice and set up.

Ordered an adjustable stem arrived without a bolt, my existing bolt does not fit.

Excellent service from Christopher, very attentive, supportive and secured the bike which was in limited stock availability immediately from sale. As soon as i shared the cycle to work certificate the bike was shipped in excellent time and arrived built with accessories so thank you very much. Only small improvement one brake lever was scratched and the front carbon forks discoloured both noted on delivery - thanks for taking these points forward
