Everybody in the shop was very helpful and took time and care when sorting out the bike trial for my partner and I. We were able to take the bikes out to test nearby and the nice man was very helpful with advice for size and fitting (and ran after us to give our IDs bank which we had forgotten!).

We went along to trial some gravel bikes on Sunday morning at the Islington shop. The team were very knowledgeable and helpful taking us through the options and getting us set up with a Trek and a Marvin to try. We decided to go with road bikes in the end, but was good to chat to some experts to help the decision making.

Also, the main guy who helped us was an absolute legend and ran to give us our IDs which we forgot to collect. Absolute hero, great glasses, and he has over 18 bikes!

I wanted a tiny, and fairly obscure part. The sales assistant had a search and brought me exactly what I wanted.

Horrible customer experience to be honest.
First they gave me a quote, then they said they do not have that bike available anywhere on Giant. Then I google searched and gave them the link - post which they did not reply for over a week and then, come back saying the bike is not available again - even after confirming that they already placed an order. Like seriously - what is the order did they place?

Took a bit but service was amazing. Ed did a great job with my bike. Highly recommended.

Anthony F and Bilal were amazing and treated me like someone they knew for long time. Their skills (Anthony as a mechanic and Bilal as a customer service) are unparalleled with any other bike shop I've been to. They really are an asset for the company.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. They even installed a bell which I had purchased and exchanged two clothing items which were too small. All of this without a murmur. I'm impressed!

Excellent service from beginning to end, purchased bike on cycle to work scheme and they made it very easy!

Had my bikes 1st service done arrived at 9am to drop off to a friendly welcome and was informed that I would be contacted once they had completed the work. They messaged me to let me know that they had finished about 4 hours later and gave me a rundown on things, very helpful with answering the questions I asked them and giving me advice about looking after my bike. Thanks again for the friendly welcome and polite service provided

Really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff in store. I had an issue with an order and they were super honest and helped me cancel it without any issues. When I saw they had my bike back in store I decided to try with them again first and am really pleased with my bike and all the accessories I purchased.

Balfes were super helpful all the way through buying an electric bike and guiding.
Delivery was exceptional and the bike was fully ready to ride with all the additions I ordered.
