Perfect experience of buying my new bike. All the employees very nice, polite and helpful. They spend time explaining me everything in detail about the bike, test drive and the purchase. Very nice people and fast service!
I would definitely recommend it.

Dropped in for some help
Dropped in to get help removing the left crank on my bike as it requires a specialist tool. They did it immediately without charging. They are always helpful in Balfe's!

This time round the bike was fixed timely and perfectly

I went in because I had a flat rear…
I went in because I had a flat rear tire. The shop got me in quickly and fixed it, but there was major tire damage that they hadn’t noticed, and they just put the tire back on. So after I rode away I fairly quickly noticed a noise and saw that the new tube was bulging out of the broken tire.

I had a very positive experience at the store. The person that assisted me was very helpful and knowledgable. I found everything I needed and the fact that they install the accessories on site is very helpful.

Wrong service
Wrong service, ignored requests, and when I had gone to pickup the bike they mentioned they would need more time to perform the services originally requested. I have been to the shop 2 times and this exact dynamic has happened in both instances. Recommend to avoid the shop!

Exceptional staff support
The staff helped us through the bike purchase process, advising us on different options as well as on the helmet and the locker. We decided to make a change to the bike’s setup (brakes) based on our personal preference, not because it was necessary, and at all times the service was excellent and free of charge. Without a doubt, I highly recommend them.
