We had the best experience working with them for our honeymoon. Everything was planned so well, and after all the stress that came with planning a wedding, it was honestly such a relief to be able to just enjoy the trip and not have to worry about anything.

The communication throughout the whole process was amazing, and we always felt like they genuinely cared about us and making sure we were having a great time. One day I ended up getting sick, and our driver stayed on standby and kept checking in on us to make sure we were okay. That really meant a lot to us and showed how much they actually care about the people they’re taking care of.

We absolutely loved our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. It was such a special trip for us, and we’re really grateful for everything they did to make it so easy and memorable.

We truly could not have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, the team was incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive to every detail. They made sure everything throughout our trip was perfect, which allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our time in Bali without having to worry about the logistics.
What made the experience especially memorable was their local knowledge. They took us to amazing spots we never would have found on our own, including places that felt authentic and weren’t overcrowded with tourists. Every recommendation—from activities to restaurants and local experiences—was so thoughtful and ended up being exactly what we were looking for.

They were also extremely responsive both before we arrived and throughout our entire trip. We always felt taken care of and knew we could reach out if we needed anything.

Our trip to Bali truly would not have been the same without them. They played such a huge part in making it an unforgettable experience, and we would recommend them to anyone traveling to Bali. We are so grateful for everything they did for us!

Bali honeymoon was the find of a lifetime! We happened to stumble upon them when googling ideas for our honeymoon and I promise you won’t be disappointed! Every day was meticulously planned with our preferences in mind. Suggestions were given and talked through. The resorts booked for us were insane. The driver was always ready and waiting for us. Last minute adjustments were made with our request. Bali is so welcoming, kind & happy and the perfect spot to start our marriage. Coming from someone who is skeptical and has trust issues, I can say I fully reccomend Bali Honeymoon and I promise you can trust them to organize the trip of a lifetime for you!!!

This agency was one of the best i've ever used, they had drivers ready for us when we landed and through out the whole trip. There was 4 locations we visited; Sideman, Lombok, Ubud & Seminyak as our final stay and each stay we had was just amazing. We had an issue with the hotel supplying us a smaller room than expected, we contacted our agent and she took care of the situation and we were upgraded to a better suite.

Another incident whereas the tour guide was taking photos and damaged my mobile handset which was a Samsung S23 Ultra. They had the mobile phone picked up by a driver and delivered to Samsung for a full repair of the screen and damages sustained. I had my phone repaired within 72hrs and delivered to me in another hotel as we moved locations 2 hrs away. Just amazing service and all covered by them.

Options given as me and my wide arent party animals were great and we meet alot of local people that showed us around which we eventually met their family and had coffee together.

I just want to get married again just to use your services again.

They were so detailed and accommodating every step of the way the minute we contacted them. They made our trip catered to every need and want very quickly and each place we went to had treated us like royalty because of Bali honeymoon. It’s a good sign when everywhere we went, places knew we were to be taken care of based on our travel agency. We can’t express enough how worth it is for anyone to go through them.

Olivia & Dirk have been the most incredible people to work with for our 10th wedding anniversary trip to Bali! From the very first exploratory call, they took the time to understand what vibe we want from our trip, what sort of experiences we are inclined towards, and then took us through all of Bali using a map and sharing the high and low lights of each region in Bali. Once we finalized the itinerary, Ratih & Rila made sure we had everything sorted before we flew out. Once we landed, we were greeted by Dewa (amazing guy) who drove us for the next 8 days. In the car, we got some cute gifts from the team, a fully printed booklet with our itinerary for the trip along with recommendations for food and activities for each of the places that we were staying at. I needed to book a restaurant for dinner and I simply messaged the team and forgot about it and in the next hour the team sent me the booking confirmation. My wife and I wanted to watch a movie one day and we messaged the team and they responded super fast and got that sorted for us. The speed, hospitality, and always saying yes to our requests genuinely made the trip all the more smooth and memorable. 100% recommend these guys! Thank you so much!

I had an amazing experience with Bali Honey Moon Guide! Their service was top-notch, and what stood out the most was how they customized the entire package based on my wife’s preferences. They really made us feel special.

The resort was incredible too. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning flower petals everywhere—on the bed, in the pool, and on the dinner table. And did I mention our private dinner experience by the sunset, complete with fireworks? It was unforgettable!

I always want to go to Bali and having a honeymoon there since long but after get married i didn't really understand how to explore Bali.
