I wanted to reschedule a flight I booked. There is no option to do this via their website/App. I wrote to them twice to get instructions how to get this done. No reply from Bangkok Airways since 12 x days. So, if you book with them and you need to reschedule a flight you're screwed.
Top Service! Nicht unser letzter Flug mit BA
Es war unser erster (und definitiv nicht letzter) Flug mit Bangkok Airways. Von dieser Fluggesellschaft können sich deutsche Airlines zwei Scheiben abschneiden. Preis-Leistung war völlig i.O. wir haben fÃŒr drei Personen 750,-⬠fÃŒr Hin- und RÃŒckflug (BKK-USM-BKK) gezahlt und einen Service erhalten, von dem wir sehr ÃŒberrascht waren. Angefangen das JEDER Fluggast von BA Zugang zur BA-Loge hatte und sich vor seinem Flug mit GetrÀnken und kleinen Snacks verpflegen konnte bis hin zum ÃŒberaus freundlichen Bordpersonal, welches uns extra aus der Warteschlange gezogen hat und uns in den Schatten gestellt hat, damit unser Sohn (schlafend auf meinem Arm) nicht der prallen Sonne ausgesetzt war. Der Flugbegleiter hat gesehen das unser 3-jÀhriger Sohn am schlafen war und brachte uns sofort zwei Kissen (so aufmerksam war nichtmal das Bordpersonal bei der Lufthansa mit der wir geflogen sind!) , damit er bequem schlafen konnte (es war ein 50-Minuten Flug!). Des Weiteren bekam jeder Fluggast (A319 ca. 138 Passagiere!) ein warmes Essen (nochmal es war ein Kurzstreckenflug!) sowie HeissgetrÀnke serviert. Eine Airline wo Service und Freundlichkeit einfach groÃgeschrieben wird! Wir können jedem empfehlen mit BA zu fliegen.

Ich war sehr ÃŒberrascht von meinem Flug nach Ko Samui. Die Maschine war sauber und relativ neu und selbst die warme Mahlzeit auf einem 1 stÃŒndigen Flug war schmackhaft.

Aufgrund des Iran Konflikts und den damit verbundenen FlugausfÀllen Ìber den Nahen Osten konnten wir unseren Emirates Flug nach Thailand nichts antreten.
Mit Bangkok Airways wollten wir ursprÃŒnglich einen Inlandsflug antreten.
Daraufhin hatten wir eine Stornierungs- beziehungsweise Erstattungsanfrage drei Wochen vor Abflug gestellt.
Leider erhielten wir trotz mehrerer Erinnerungen erst nach dem Abflug des Bangkok Airways Fluges die RÌckmeldung, dass die Tickets nicht erstattungsfÀhig sind.
Wir sind massiv enttÀuscht Ìber die fehlende Kulanz und verzögerte ReaktionsfÀhigkeit der Airline und werden kÌnftig keinen Flug mit Bangkok Airways buchen.

Efficiënte afhandeling van technische delay
In tegenstelling tot sommigen die hier blijkbaar een âverschrikkelijkeâ ervaring hadden heb ik een heel ander beeld ervaren van deze airliner. Nadat wij waren afgeduwd besliste de gezagvoerder dat we toch niet konden opstijgen en moesten we terug aandokken. Algauw werd duidelijk dat het probleem niet meteen zou opgelost worden. Onmiddellijk werd aan de gate een food-voucher aan elke reiziger verdeeld en mochten we plaatsnemen in de lounge van Bangkok Airways, waar ook drank en hapjes gratis ter beschikking waren. Uiteindelijk was de delay (er werd een ander vliegtuig ingevlogen) meer dan 5 uur en⊠werd daardoor ter plekke een verdeling gedaan aan elke reiziger van een cash compensatievergoeding geheel volgens de geldende regels, dus niemand moest vrágen om compensatie of andere zaken; het werd spontaan voor iedereen ter plekke geregeld. Later werd de vlucht succesvol uitgevoerd met het zeer nette vervangingsvliegtuig met veel beenruimte en een warme maaltijd er bovenop. De heel vriendelijke crew verdient ook een pluim. NeenâŠvoor mij geen negatieve opmerkingen, dit werd topklasse afgehandeld.

Extrem lange Bearbeitungszeit
Leider sind es extrem lange Bearbeitungszeiten, dass wir den Flug nicht direkt ÃŒber die Airline buchen konnten und uns ÃŒber eine andere Plattform die Tickets sichern mussten. Mindestens 7 Tage muss man fÃŒr eine RÃŒckmeldung kalkulieren.
Great customer service
Had to change flight times a couple of times and customer service was excellent. Quick response and very helpful.
Both flights were on time and despite being just over a hour long, was served dinner. Check in was easy at both airports.
Expensive and disappointing
I recently flew with Bangkok Airways from Siem Reap to Bangkok, and the experience was, frankly, very disappointing â especially considering the airline proudly brands itself as âAsiaâs Boutique Airline.â
Our flight departed 50 minutes late from Siem Reap International Airport, with no meaningful communication or service recovery. For a journey thatâs only about 1 hour and 20 minutes, delays of that magnitude already take the shine off â but what followed onboard didnât help their case.
The seat was uncomfortable, the cabin felt worn, the air was stuffy, and the service from staff was noticeably indifferent. In many ways, the experience had all the hallmarks of a typical low-cost carrier:
* Tight seating
* Underwhelming onboard atmosphere
* Poor air quality / temperature control
* Lack of attentiveness from crew
* Operational delay
Except this wasnât low-cost.
My one-way ticket cost â¬190â an eye-watering price for such a short regional hop. At that fare level, you expect a tangible step up in comfort and professionalism. Instead, the product felt misaligned with the premium branding the airline leans so heavily on.
All in all, this was a poor value-for-money experience that failed to deliver anything resembling a âboutiqueâ feel. I would avoid Bangkok Airways if at all possible in the future â and would have chosen an alternative this time had circumstances and regional tensions not limited the available options.
Troublesome website - high prices - stagnant quality
I am flying with them for more than 12 years. I used to fly because I enjoyed their service, now I do because I have no alternative to get to Koh Samui. Their website has frequent malfunctions and the user interface is problematic. Sometimes I need to call to book and pay, which is a hassle. Their planes are the same in the last 12 years since I first travelled. The staff are polite and the business lounge modest, but given the extraorbitant fees to fly to Koh Samui, their service has remained stagnant and quality is declining.
Discrimination & Greedy against FAT people
It took us over 4days to organise an extra seat for my tried whom is a large guy and we have never experienced such discrimination and greed on us booking this extra seat! - What i DO not understand why the extra seat would cost double that of what we originally paid the day before! the call center staff, lovely as thai's are but was totally useless!
Amazing customer service
I booked the wrong date to return to Bangkok but turned up at the right time.
I was so distressed when the service desk told me as I had no idea.
My partner and I waited in the standby line for 20 minutes and then got called up.
They were able to put us on the flight! Thank you Bangkok Airways ðððððð
Nice and quick response agent
Was the first time I booked with them and it was very smooth and rapid. Then I realised that I booked a flight where I'm not sure to have time to reached on time for the flight I booked today. Aakkaradet Saengnuan helped me to change my flight without any costs and advise that I have more time than not so much to not to miss the next flight

Sono costretto a dare 3 stelle in quanto i prezzi sono molto elevati per gli standard thailandesi e del sud est asiatico.
Personalmente ho preso i biglietti su Booking.com come sempre dato che venivano poco meno (danno sempre la lounge, ma a Phuket eâ una stanza)
Crew stupenda e aerei sicuri.
Su ogni volo, anche di 40 min portano cibo e bevande, ma purtroppo il volo koh samui - BKK ha fatto 6 ore di ritardo a causa di una forte pioggia.
Il volo partiva alle 13 e alle 12:30 al gate hanno cancellato il volo, ma la pioggia Ú iniziata alle 15.
Tralasciando tutto, gli altri clienti che avevano prenotato dal sito erano stati avvisati il giorno prima, ma noi noâŠ. Abbiamo chiesto un risarcimento 1 mese fa (ancora rispondono)
