Been waiting over a month for my redeem. They sent an email that tournament participants get faster redeems, so I played in a tournament for that weekend and nothing changed. False advertising. Support keeps saying the same answers that are unhelpful.

I've probably sent over 10 emails, but still no helpful response or escalation to my redemption. I submitted it on March 1st, and I haven't even gotten an emailed response to fix my concern. This is ridiculous. I actually used to vouch for this site, but they left me no choice but to leave this review. DON'T SIGN UP!

What I like most is how natural everything feels. You don’t have to figure things out, it just makes sense.

Great platform. Awful payout times. The first thing they ever did was cancel two of my redemptions without my consent and blamed it on a technical glitch. Then after that it took a week to get my money. You can only withdraw $1,000 at a time which is a red flag. No other reputable companies do that. Then, they started taking 7-9 days on every redemption then told me I was maxed out for the month. Stopped playing for awhile. Started again. After redeeming probably 8 times I got an email saying I needed to verify several things. Okay? Why now? Then I send all of my documents and get asked to send several again. I send again, they ask for the same things again haha. It’s been a week and no update on my redemption status other than generic responses. I have 5,000 SC waiting and they’re taking their time and kicking the can intentionally to either slow it down or hoping I spend it? Can’t think of why else you’d consistently make payouts such a pain for your loyal customers.

I’ve tried similar platforms before, but this one just feels more polished overall. Everything works together nicely, from design to performance, and nothing feels out of place. It gives a much more complete experience.

I won and they closed my account. I've requested a refund with no response. I do not recommend this casino. Much better ones out there. Try Zula or Spinpals.

Tried it on both desktop and phone, and it works equally well on both. No bugs, no weird glitches, nothing that breaks the experience. That consistency is honestly impressive, especially since a lot of platforms struggle with mobile.

Redemptions take forever and they will cancel your redemption and tell you that it is a technical glitch and make you start all over and wait. They only let you withdraw $1000 at a time and then you have to wait about a month for that. They give you generic responses and excuses. It took one month for them to process my first $1000 redemption and now I’m waiting on the second one going on week three.

Tried it on a random evening and honestly didn’t expect much. Turned out to be one of the smoother experiences I’ve had in a while.

I just recently learned about Babkrolla. Signed up, and didn’t use it often but one day won about $100. Not much but something. I thought cool. So I go to redeem it and all the problems began. My whole name was in the C first name section. I couldn’t change that, I had to contact support. So I did. I was trying to verify my account. I emailed them my license and a selfie with the license. There site says it can take up to 24hours to verify. It took over 24 hours. I contacted their support chat twice to which the agents weren’t rude but very short and not helpful at all. They just kept telling me to wait for an update email. An email I never did receive. Despite that I still got on my account and checked the verification of my identity. Some time later I had seen it finally got verified. I thought well good now I can redeem this $100. I start the process. Only to wake up today with an email stating I have multiple accounts and my account has been deactivated. I attempted to talk with them adult this issue because I don’t have two accounts to which I got a response saying the decision is final and not up for further review. Then a following email stating that my redemption didn’t go through not to worry though I can go back into my account and request the redemption again. Obviously, I can’t do that with a deactivated account. I had a feeling this site was a scam. It absolutely is. I had more trouble from this site than I’ve had out of every other site I play on combined. This site isn’t worth your time and effort. Try FortuneWheelz, RealPrize, High 5 Casino, CrownCoins, Sportzino, YayCasino…any other social casino and you will have a better experience. I’ve won hundreds off the first three I mentioned and have never had ANY major issues. Easy verification, easy redemption, great support team. Not at BankRolla. The site itself should be shut down. They are just collecting people’s personal information and private data.
