Complete Lack of Customer Service
I had a truly disappointing experience with Banque de Luxembourg. When I inquired about opening an account, I was met with complete disinterest from their staff. It felt as though they couldn't be bothered to help or even provide basic information. The customer service was nonexistent — I received vague, unhelpful responses and felt completely ignored throughout the entire process.
Despite my clear interest in their services, I struggled to get any meaningful answers or assistance. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with a bank that shows no effort to engage with potential clients. In the end, I felt that my business wasn't valued, and I would not recommend Banque de Luxembourg to anyone looking for a bank that offers decent customer service or is interested in building relationships with its clients.
