I have emailed multiple times wit no replies

Finally got a reply to my support ticket in September! It's JUNE now. I figured out the issue on my own ages ago, and all of a sudden the devices are reporting a license issue. What in the actual heck!

UPDATE: I wrote back inquiring about the license issue that had rendered our hardware unusable and a 5 business days later still have NO REPLY. No surprise, might get one by 2027 at the rate they are going!

Great conversation and really explained the quote so it makes sense.

Nicole Igra called me on a late afternoon stating that there was an issue with the item I had placed an online order for. She explained to me that the item could only be ordered in a minimum quantity that was far too large for the amount we needed. She spent around 3-5 minutes trying to find a product that matched what we needed in a quantity that best fit our needs.
