Happy Customer

Our company is very satisfied working with your company. Our Key Account Executive is Heidi Schmidt and she does an amazing job. Always extremely helpful, efficient, and just a joy. She always seems to check in on us at the right time and always gives us market demand updates.

Barcode Support

Kyle Kirwan is a great account manager to us. We weren't sure who to contact for a quote but right away he picked up our request. He also said we could contact him directly in the future if we needed help with anything. He was very fast and thorough. Very impressed with the service so far.

I would just like to acknowledge Kyle Kirwan for the great service he has provided. I reach out to inquire about a part for one of my customers and within only a couple hours I heard back from Kyle with not just the price/availability but he also went on to provide me with additional information such as how quickly he could have it shipped out as well as informed me of an industry price increase in July so that we could plan around that for future purchases.

Primer customer service

I have been working with Heidi Schmidt for some years now and every time her service has been top notch.
Most recently we were looking at some printers and scanners for a project to update some of our shipping functions.
Heidi managed to get us what we needed and in a short delivery time. She set us up with demo equipment for our users and management to evaluate
she got me in touch with folks to help me trouble shoot some problems with the scanners during the configuration stage. Her wiliness to help and make sure we had what we needed to be able to make a sound choice investment was very appreciated . Unfortunately the choice on the scanner went to another vendor but the experience left us wanting to do business with Heidi to show our appreciation for everything she did we purchase 13 high quality barcode printers Honeywell PM43 and PM45 from her and we will continue to always make BarcodeInc one of our vendors of choice.

Ordering made easy!

I couldn't have happier with the prompt service and ordering process. Global supply chain issues were about to negatively impact our new POS project rollout. With one call I was put in touch with a friendly Rep who understood our issue. She immediately began checking inventory at their various warehouses and by the next morning found and reserved exactly what I needed. Turns out we had previously purchased a few items years back under various accounts and all that history was located. Barcodes Inc. and our Rep kept our project on track and my days stress-free!

Great customer service!

Kyle Kirwan has always gone above and beyond providing the best customer service anyone could ask for! No matter how many requests I may have any given day; he is always polite and responds in a timely fashion. Even when he might not have an answer, he will respond to acknowledge my request and let me know that he is working on it. This goes a long way. I truly appreciate Kyle's dedication and work ethic. He definitely makes my job easier! Thank you, Kyle!

Acccout Executive - Excellent Service

I have been working with Nicole Igra since October 2021 and she has been a tremendous help in correcting a bad situation. She stepped in and provided excellent customer service/guidance and worked directly with me and the manufacturer to ensure the previous order was confirmed, manufactured and shipped to us. There were many peaks and valleys to get through due to the circumstances, but Nicole was always available to answer questions and deal with issues as they arose. She is a tremdous asset to Barcodes!

Gerry Skalla was my sales person and


Gerry Skalla was my sales person and what a jerk. He has bad customer service and does not know how to communicate with customer. I found better pricing elsewhere and bought from another store online.
There are many stores to buy RF guns do not buy from here

tried scamming out of more money

ordered 3 things online, checked out and paid
then get a phone call saying the prices wasnt right on there website (which i looked at for a week before ordering) and they needed more money or cancel the order
i just took my business to POSguys and everything went smooth..got everything i ordered and they didnt call trying to get more money
.stay away from this place and go buy from posguys

I ordered a handheld scanner that was


I ordered a handheld scanner that was not what I already have but was recommended to me by Luis Loza as a faster to get and comparable substitute. I had my doubts as our software and label symbology is quite old. It arrived quickly and worked perfectly right out of the box ! Fantastic ! Thank you Luis!

Inventory availability & lead times are


Inventory availability & lead times are the issue in 2022. In Oct., our last order for these labels had a 2wk lead time; that's grown to 2months. With a little research, our rep (Luis) found that they had a smaller roll with less labels in stock and ready to ship the same day. Signed the PO & hope to have them next week.
