I bought a few products from this company and the pressed powder had been damaged and spilled out of the packaging - it cost £33 (more fool me for paying that much money). When I write to complain a virtual assistant (i.e. computer algorithm) told me they understood how frustrating it was for me - apart from the ludicrousness of a computer programme pretending to be a human being and express empathy - they want me to pay to return the loose powder that is mostly now all over my clothes and kitchen floor. Frankly it needs to go into the bin and they should just refund my money - I sent them a photo of the mess but their virtual assistant is clearly not smart enough to do anything other than provide stock company replies - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they employ idiot software!

Terrible customer services. The customer service number does not work! My makeup was due to be delivered on the 6th of October for a wedding. It’s lost and I have to wait until the 16th before I can have a refund! No offer to send more makeup very disappointing. My first time using this company won’t be using again!!

I had a great experience with customer service. I received a foundation powder that was broken when it arrived and although the time was passed for returns, Michelle a lady in the customer service was very kind and helpful and sort a replacement of the damaged product without delay.

Nope - got the complexion rescue tinted moisturiser and under eye concealer. Separated on my face and emphasised my pores after a couple of hours and concealer settled into fine lines.

Michelle at the Head Office was wonderfully helpful when I needed to contact Bare Minerals recently. Very responsive and efficient.

Very trustable customer service and amazing products.Everybody asks me which brand make-up I use and I advise Bareminerals to everyone.

I'm so disappointed in bareminerals at the moment and I've been a customer for over 10 years. Barepro is one of the only liquid foundations I can use because I have sensitive skin. It's out of stock everywhere and has been for a very long time. I emailed and was told they don't know when it will be back in stock and it's due to high demand for the product. Sorry but make more then. They're concentrating on their new pure serum foundation which has highly irritating ingredients in it and I wager can't be used but a lot of people with sensitive skin and not selling tried and tested products that are clearly high in demand.
Such a poor response from bareminerals and I'll be looking for an alternative product elsewhere as they can't be relied on.

Brilliant customer service.
Slight issue with one of my products; Bare Minerals replied quicky to my email and went above and beyond to offer support.

I contacted customers services regarding a discount that had not been applied to an order I placed, I was contacted within 1hr and they had refunded my the discounted amount with an extra 5%.

Excellent customer service

I recently purchased a foundation based on previous purchase and follwoing their on line advice etc ... unfortunately it ws far too dark and nothing like the same oclour i had purchased before. I contacted via online to arrange for a refund and had an on line conversation and was advised that they would refund me and I was to either donate my foundation or give ti to someone and no need to return it. Despite several emails and trying to get through to customer service on the phone a number of times - no response, no reply nothing. So about 3 weeks later i still have not had my refund!!!!- The products are of a good quality so no issue there just terrible response to emails. I did not really want to address this situation via Trust Pilot but hopefully I will get a response now.

For 2 years now I had problems with any foundations on my face - whenever applied, the product highlighted small dry patches, it honestly just looked bad. Additionally, I was having a little bit of eczema on my nose and every product highlighted it rather than covered.
I decided to give Bare Minerals a try, for me it was a big selling point that the products are vegan. After first application, I had no reaction, product is buildable, it perfectly covered my concerns areas and caused no irritation. And this is after 2 years of trying other products, primers etc.

I highly, highly recommend Bare Minerals and I look forward to trying other products!

I'm yet to receive the products that I ordered online (the website is straightforward and easy to use), but my first experience with the customer service worth five stars.
I forgot to apply the new customer discount code (that obviously only valid for the first order) and messaged customer service. They were quite helpful, applied the code for me and issued the relevant refund for the percentage I saved.
Based on this experience I can only recommend Bare Minerals.

Customer service for bare minerals we're very efficient

Only reason I’m leaving 2 stars, not one, is that I haven’t actually tested the product. The review is more so for the whole experience with Bare Minerals. Placed an order, mistakenly selected the wrong shade which I have immediately realised and rectified with the customer services, making a reasonable request to cancel the order before its being processed. Just to receive a standard copy and paste response that once you have placed an order you have to wait until it arrives and then send it back etc etc. No good will/ attempt to even try and help me out to correct my order. Other companies, like feel unique, when dealing with exact same problem, have been extremely helpful and have cancelled my order once contacted promptly…. Anyway, in the end there was no point talking to customer service who actually didn’t even bother replying to me after querying their initial response, which is shocking in its own right considering that’s what customer services is for - talk to customers and try resolve the query. …I have waited for the order to arrive and submitted returns - requesting Evri print in store services, all seemed fine but had no notification to confirm it’s gone through: no email m/ returns label has been received. Therefore, I tried submitting another return, just to find out that I can’t because the previous return level requested has run into some issues and it asked me contact customer services via the link provider, which was the last thing I wanted to do after they just ignored me last time. When clicked on it as instructed- it directed me to some bizarre website, with no sign of customer services/ chat/ any means of communicating with anyone. Overall, in this day and age, on line purchases cancellations and returns in most shops are made super easy. I will definitely not be buying anything else from bare minerals. Defeats the whole point of an easy and quick online shopping experience.
