I bought two large size bowls only to find that they are too big for my dogs. But because the quality is so nice that I made another order of the M size bowls for my dogs. I will use the L size in my kitchen knowing they are safe both for me and my dogs.

This a great American made product that won't poison your pet. It is weighted nicely, cleans easily and will last for many years. Thank you for making this quality product available to us.

Mike has put a lot of thought into making his products high quality and attractive. I could tell this by his website alone, but it was in talking with him afterwards that the amount of thought he has put into his product line is impressive. Quality goods Made In the USA!

I have purchased several large and medium stainless steel bowls for my GSD. I will never buy anything else. They are excellent quality. And I just purchased the dog food stands in white. They are sturdy and easy to put together. Love that these products are made in the USA and non-toxic. My GSD is my baby and I am always looking for the best products for her. Basis is at the top of that list.

I ordered some of their bowls because I wanted to be sure that my dog's dishes are safe. The bowls look great, and are exactly as described. They also shipped very quickly, and were well-packaged: enough to be safe, but not so much that it took hours to get to the bowls. The bowls look nice, and now I don't have to worry about my dog being poisoned by lead or chemicals.

Checked every major pet store, all the superstores, and the locally owned stores, couldn't find bowls of this quality. They were all of lighter, thinner construction, and not made anywhere close to North America. Will definitely get another set, when we get another Frenchie. Thanks for a great product.

The cat bowls I ordered are great! The size is perfect and I love that they are made in the USA!! They clean up well and there is no more spillage over the side. Love them and you will, too!

My cats love these low profile bowls. They clean very easily in the dishwasher. Shipping was very fast and they are exactly as described on the website. 10 marks out of 10, I would order these again, but they're so well made, I probably won't ever need to (unless I get more cats!).

I was looking to buy new food and water bowls for my dogs. I did not want to just by any bowls. After some research, I wanted to buy USA made stainless steel bowls. Basis Pet came up first in my online search. I ordered medium sized bowls and Grip Pet Bowl Holders. They arrived much sooner than I expected and were packaged very well. The instructions for assembling the grip holders and the instructions for cleaning and taking care of the bowls, as well as the letter from the owner of Basis Pet, were very helpful and appreciated. The grip pet bowl holders work great, and the bowls themselves are great. I am so pleased with the quality of these products and the service of Basis Pet. The bowls I received from Basis Pet were first quality made in the USA stainless steel. I would definitely buy from this company again.

My cat Libby (7 years old) seems to enjoy her new Basis stainless steel water dish. I had noticed that with her 'old' water bowl she always dipped her paw to get water - which tended to mean water splashed around the bowl. I started looking for a new stainless bowl that was Made in the USA (safety first!) and found Basis. Libby took to her new bowl within a couple of days and yesterday I observed her lapping up her water. :-) Hooray!

I placed an order for 2 medium sized bowls and the low rise multi-bowl stand. It arrived within a few days. As soon as I opened the box, I realized the bowls were too small for my Lab. I contacted customer service for a return label and within a few hours Mike sent me back an email with the free return label. Mike and I discussed via email my getting the next size up. I was hesitant to spend any more money and Mike generously worked with me to facilitate my getting the correct size product.
The large size bowls and stand arrived within a week. The size is pefect. The quality of the bowls and stand is excellent and the stand has a nice, clean modern appearance. I would definitely recommend th product and the company.
