It took an unacceptable long time to identify and obtain the component i required. it appears that in common with many on-line sites they are happy to sell you "a package" but unable to address the supply of spares to keep it working. this is most annoying. i have the part (an upgrade) now but it is not Brass, but plastic! living in a hard water area these valves do scale up, and when that happens all parts need to be metal in order to break any scale related binding.

Avoid. Have spent over 2 months trying to get a faulty toilet cistern replaced. Take days to reply then I’m hit with delay tactics, one day told me an item will be dispatched, 2 weeks later asks me to send photos to show product is faulty. Worst company ever - it will cost them more in the long run as I’ve requested the whole suite to be chargebacked via my BANK. Always pay on credit card for these situations folks.

Product a very good quality at great prices. Delivery is pretty quick but a non existent customer service.
Missing items from order and no response to emails or WhatsApp.......still waiting.

After ordering I wanted to change the delivery address. Contacted them and it was done instantly.
Items arrived 2 days earlier than quoted.
I won’t be fitting for 2/3 weeks as waiting for a plumber so can’t comment on the quality of the goods.
Overall excellent to deal with as far as communication is concerned which I feel is as important as the goods themselves.

Poor quality screws don't fit as shown in the manual. Some sides chipped. Items has no letter on so I'm not DIY person took me time to figure out how to do it. Would like to add photos. Not impressed at all.Also no screws for the actual sink . So how do I mout them on the wall?

Ordered through B&Q, didn’t know this company was supposed to be fulfilling the order. It’s never turned up, and no response. I’ve started a charge back.

Updating my review to say when it was delivered , it was broken and the company has gone silent again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an order, 3 different agents said they would confirm the shipping amount. Kept chasing them and nothing. A week later I told them it's urgent to get it sent. They ignored me again. Had to delay job and purchase elsewhere.

Bathroom republic DID NOT contact me to discuss as they have indicated in their reply!!

It came as advertised and in perfect contition. Will buy again from you.
My only issue is I will not pay extra just to track my delivery as you only give a link to the SHOP website.

Excellent delivery service, quick and with helpful phone calls to check when we'd be in. The people delivering the item were also polite and friendly.

The item does not fit my toilet so I need to return it. Their returns system is no help at all ..just emailed me a firm and told me the returns expense is mine not theirs. As an elderly widow I find this all most unhelpful and distressing.

The item I ordered was delivered in record time but the product was not right for my needs and would not fit. Trying to return the item and get a refund has not been easy and in fact I am still trying to return it.

Issued a Court summons earlier this year against the company and the Director and both been ignored just like my warranty has been ignored. Buy from this company at your peril. They do not honour their warranty and feel its OK to ignore the Court summons and paying their CCJs. Hope the CCJ against both Company Director and Company hinders them going forward. Absolute joke of a company

Firstly after buying a vanity unit from another company and it being damaged i bought a better quality one from Bathroom Republic, having my bathroom installers already at my house bathroom republic delivered my new vanity unit same day 🙃
I seriously can't thank them enough the unit is top quality and already assembled and the customer service via WhatsApp is next level 👌 I will certainly be purchasing through them again they saved my day I can't thank them enough .

Prompt service and great prices

They say will delivered 2 to 5 days and actualy is due after 8 days

Quick despatch and delivery from order unfortunately delivery driver soured it by throwing parcel through gate not even attempting the doorbell ...

Ordered two new door handles for quadrant shower. One door handle came with 4 washers the other with only 2. Contacted bathroom republic to ask if there should have been 4 for both or only 2 required. They first failed to reply then finally after a second email they responded asking for photos of the packaging, the postage label and the items received. This was despite me sending them the order ID. They managed to turn a simple ask into a complex issue. This is poor customer service. A better response would've have been to answer the questions regarding how many washers were needed for installation. There action was to make my life difficult I suspect in the hope that I would go away.
