Great product, communication and delivery.
Will use again

Wonderful service. ordered 2 Grohe Cisterns couple of days ago and the delivery was very prompt and delivery updates were excellent.

The price was very reasonable, the cisterns were not damaged which was a concern they may get damaged in transit.

Also from past expereinces many companies take forever with deliveries and the fees. Bathshop321 are very reasonable with their delivery fees.

Without question i will be using their services again.

Fast and good value

Everything was efficiently dealt with and delivery timescale was better than I had expected. The only downside which I guess Bathstop had no control over was the toilet seat was delivered by DPD in damaged packaging such that I expected to find the seat damaged. Fortunately all was well

Updating my original review. My initial experience was frustrating because there was no communication after my order confirmation, the delivery exceeded the estimated 3–5 working days, and my email to customer service went unanswered.
However, both BathShop321 and the supplier company Bathshack have since contacted me, apologised for the lack of communication and explained that my details had unfortunately been missed in their system. They also informed me that my original mirror had been damaged in transit, which was the cause of the delay, and they are now sending a replacement. I appreciate them reaching out, explaining what happened, and apologising. While the communication could have been much better from the start, I really appreciate the steps they've taken to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I'm looking forward to receiving the replacement and hope everything goes smoothly from here.

This screen was bought to replace one previously installed, this was the closest match I could find. It wasn’t easy even for a professional bathroom fitter to follow the instructions, after perseverance the screen was fixed in place. It looks amazing but feels flimsy, no where near as sturdy as my previous one. I made a mistake when ordering the screen and even though it was a bank holiday weekend, I called and a human answered! The lady who helped me was brilliant with her support and calm approach she resolved the issue in no time at all!

Very poor customer service I ordered a bath and watse pipe plus trap they were sent from different suppliers. The bath arrived but no trap . I tracked this via DPD who never attempted to deliver but just sent it back to supplier. Its been over a week that I requested a refund but still no refund for the waste and trap. Will not be using this company again

Ordered a RAK toilet after seeing their ad and the pictures, but only received a pan. Clearly a misleading marketing strategy. They admitted too. Such a waste of time. Avoid this company!

Ordered a Rak Tonique toilet, I received a "Tilly" which Bathshop321 advised me was a rebox. Unfortunately my new house was delayed and has only just been fitted. Glaze poor and damaged, castings pour ( difficult to get square back against wall) and toilet seat completely different to the RAK seat. It's a poor copy at best. Not happy. I believed them but should have sent back for a refund.

First class service from Bathshop321. I was contemplating the purchase of a sink / worktop but needed specific measurements to ensure the unit would fit. I sent an email to Bathshop321 and received an excellent reply, including a technical drawing with all of the dimensions. Well done Bathshop331.

I honestly don't know why more people don't use the 2 in one toilet with sink in the top of the system.
