This is an appalling service. They processed my £50 payment instantly but have provided no information on my order's whereabouts. The company is completely uncontactableâthere is no phone number for order issues, and their email service is a joke. I have sent Two emails over the past week without a single reply.

Trying to get orders delivered from My Bathstore is like trying to get blood out of a stone.
They are never to blame it is always the courier's fault and we as the customer need to sort it. Not once has the courier even left a card to say they attempted delivery. Zero emails to confirm delivery on its way.
If you can order your products from other source please do so because My Bathstore do not deserve your business.
To have a call from a representative who starts the call by coughing down the phone at you is not a good start.
Never again this has caused huge problems with our project.
Disappointed
Had a Bathstore bathroom fully furnished, tiled, fitted at our old house a few years ago when they were a company that had quality and a big range. Went to a Bathstore at Homebase in Coventry and found the whole range totally disappointing. Only 4 or 5 colours to choose from which will quickly go out of fashion. What I will say though is Ryan at the Bathstore is excellent, totally professional but I felt sorry for him as he was trying his best only to be let down by the range.
DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased two full bathroom suites. But I discovered a fine hairline crack in the main bathroom sink which is almost impossible to see as there is no chip in the sink, so it would be impossible for me to have caused it! This bathroom is never used, I live alone and I use my ensuite bathroom all the time, also purchased at the same time as the main bathroom. I purchased all the bathroom suites from Homebase in Selby. They are not prepared to honour their promise to replace the sink. So I have sent a complaint via 'Resolver' which is where I was advised. I have waited over a month for a reply and almost a year of complaining! Wish there were MINUS scores I could give!

I ordered a gold toilet in April which was ment to arrive in 5 days. We are now in July . I had 1 initial
Email since I ordered . Since then nothing . I call and call and they donât answer 9/10 times . On the odd occasion they do answer the guy says â hya â and Iâm like is this this bathroom store ?? Sound like a random guy at home on his personal number . So weird . Always promis to try locate it and they never find it . Then said DHL already deliver which they million percent did not !!!! And if they even attempted to dhl would have emailed or text me . Iâm calling police if they donât get it to me or refund me this week !!!!!!
Not worth for even one star
Not worth for even one star, shower glass and aluminium panels completely faulty they are leaking we have not taken shower since itâs fitted in. Bathroom fitters saying they are not coming itâs not their fault bath store they are coming not bothered about their customer. When you placing order they are saying everything in stock after you paid they say items are unavailable. Quality of product completely rubbish. My question is who going repair & replace my shower glass and aluminium frame? This store gave me a lots of tension. They are not fit for the business please avoid them
Quality goods diabolical service
I would give 5 stars for the quality of the both my bathroom and kitchen but 1 star for the customer service I received.
Firstly when trying to arrange delivery you have to fit in with the XPO the courier company, when they are in your area rather than fitting in a time more suitable for yourselves.
This meant we had a whole kitchen and appliances sitting around in our front room for nearly a week before the work started.
On both deliveries bits were missing, meaning I had to spend a couple of hours driving to and from the store to pick up the missing pieces.
For the bathroom it was the flooring and the towel rail (they didn't have the one we ordered in stock so had to take a different one).
For the kitchen it was the tap for the sink, lighting and cutlery tray which again wasn't in stock so we had to source one from somewhere else.
Most alarmingly the worktops and breakfast bar were missing.
We reported this to the store immediately and despite promises that they were back in stock and would be delivered asap after 5 days of chasing we gave up and got them from somewhere else.
We were never informed they weren't in stock and if we hadn't checked off each item on delivery we would have been none the wiser and would have put a massive delay on finished time.
We bought the bathroom with cash but the kitchen through finance.
With the missing worktops, breakfast bar and cutlery tray I agreed with the store that £715 should come off the final finance total.
So imagine my shock when the finance agreement came through that this hadn't been taken off the total.
I've emailed the store but the chance of getting a reply is slim as the more times I tried to communicate the less responses I got.
Overall the quality of the goods was excellent but the customer service was abysmal.
Would I use them again?
Probably not, although happy with the end product the stress isn't worth it,deliver to me everything i ordered then there would have been no problems and knowing I'm now going to have an upcoming battle about the finance I would say steer clear
Don't bother ringing customer services
Don't bother ringing customer services. What a joke. The most unhelpful service I have ever received. Of course, they will take you're money but if you have a simple query, the only anser they can give is 'ring a plumber' Pathetic. I will never buy off this Company again. I paid £600 plus for a floor mounted bath mixer tap. Take my advice, don't bother. The water trickles so if you want a bath, start running it the previous evening.
Go elsewhere, anywhere else
Absolute shambles of a company. The 3d planning and first visit was fine. Delivery was ok. Then it went downhill. First basin unit was built incorrectly so sent picture of the fault, they couldnât work out what was wrong even with picture and explanation. So sent more pictures and explanations. They eventually sent a new unit which was broken in transit. Arranged a replacement, another unit sent broken, yet another unit sent and again broken. Asked for a refund which they agreed I then go to the store and get told you will have to come back on a weekday for a refund( not once in the email communications did it say go on a weekday). Please save any heartache and hassle go elsewhere.

Every single product we have bought from the bathstore has broken within 2 years. Premium cast bath tub cracked in two weeks, it was suppose to have a 30 years garuntee which they did not uphold. Expensive taps leak, toilet leaks.

Used to be excellent but useless now - AVOID
We've kitted 4 bathrooms out with Bathstore and they used to be excellent - with technical support people who were helpful and a customer service ethic where they'd do their best to fix problems and provide spare parts.
Not any more. We bought new basin taps from them a couple of years ago and they're dripping already. The taps supposedly have a 10-year guarantee but the cartridges only 1 year. That might be OK except you cannot get replacement cartridges from Bathstore or anywhere else. This effectively makes the lifespan of the taps just 2 years, which is appalling. Bathstore simply say they can't help. Utterly useless company - avoid unless you want to be replacing your fittings every 2 years.
PS - Bathstore/Homebase have replied to say I should contact their customer services for help but rest assured I only posted this review after extensive and entirely fruitless discussions with their customer services team

Finally a bathroom supply company worthâŠ
Finally a bathroom supply company worth shouting about. no excuses when they made an error just simple good old customer service without all the theatrics that some others employ. We ordered 12 bathrooms and ensuites from them, a few bits were damaged and after just one quick phone call and the replacement items were on their way. We have used others who we have reviewed and have found that comparably this company is the best that we have used by a long shot. Most companies are good anyway barring the odd one or two complete cowboy outfit but this company has risen to the top. Good quality, real customer service and leaves the feeling of really wanting to back next time which we will in a couple of weeks time for another development of 14 apartments.

Wonderful bathroom but terrible experience
Having recently moved to a cottage needing significant renovation, we had our first design appointment at Homebase Bathstore in Berwick on 2 August 2022. However, the project was not completed until 3 January 2023. There was an initial lack of communication resulting in a delayed fitting date of November 28. Our whole experience was characterised by poor communication, a lack of project management,missing items and damaged goods. A missing shower tray resulted in a break in fitting, with us spending Christmas with a new bath, an old ( broken) toilet, no basin or shower and with bathroom fittings and wall panels cluttering our living spaces. We put in a formal complaint with photos in mid December but the matter was simply referred back to the Berwick branch.
The workmanship was fantastic and we are really pleased with the bathroom and so it is a shame that our experience was so terrible.
Homebase Bathstore need to improve their communication and management and to be more willing to put matters right at an early stage. There needs to be a proper independent complaints process that is advertised on their website.

AVOID. Went to Bathstore for renovating my bathrooms. Totally shoddy bathrooms. Bad bathtub: the cold tap not working. The C and H label fell off too. The toilets are shoddy in that the pump stopped working so the toilet leaks from the top when flushing. Other toilet ok. Toilet seats do not align. Had to replace. Their sinks are bad. On one: taps leak. One the other; it leaks when used. Absolutely shambolic Bathstore bathroom products. I have no idea how they can call themselves a Bathstore. Absolute waste of money and must be one of the worse places to go for Bathroom renovations. NEVER use them.

We went to Bathstore in Ruislip for a quotation just before Xmas. We have been bombarded with constant phone calls regarding the quotation. We explained we are on holiday at present but would respond once we returned. The phone calls continued to the point of harassment. Purchased a Vanity Unit online ...arrived with 2 different assembly instructions & parts that were not correct for the unit, despite several emails explaining the issue, still not resolved. I am now left with a half built vanity unit, sink & large cardboard boxes in my bungalow a week before Xmas. Just go to B&Q - Shocking customer service
Ordered bathroom items for the bathroom being refurbished. Builder was delayed contacted to ask if I could return an unused and unopened item I was rudely told no by an overseas customer service team.
Who had replied to two emails previously sent.
Interestingly B&Q allowed a full refund for an unused item I purchased at the same time.
